These specific records have apparently just generated a lot of interest. I was told that my offer was higher than the others and given a PayPal address and told they would be shipping Friday. I know with eBay you can report that an item hasn't been received and the seller will have to refund your money...but does paypal use the same system with transactions made outside of eBay?
