mmhmm Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 I've noticed some people on here do that and sometimes it's because they read your message then forget to reply/get distracted/are on their phone and can't reply for some reason, etc. Other times, it's because they're tools who don't know basic courtesy by at least communicating back to tell you they're not interested.
