billybob
Was wondering if anyone can help shed some light on this/has one to sell or trade? I seem to remember back in the mists of time (before 'nu rave' and Decaydance) that FBR put out some pretty sweet releases. One promo item that I always liked the look of (and please correct me if i'm imagining this) was a 'Noodle Box'/Chinese Takeaway set that included a 'menu' of early releases, a napkin, etc - much like the LTJ Pie Tin. The reason I may be imagining this is that there is absolutely no mention of it whatsoever on the web! I know FBR don't shout about their earlisest releases (Guess they don't consider them cool anymore?!?), but I really cannot find any info on this.... ...Any ideas? Now let's see if I can get ahold of one! Actually it's a shame that the tape has a relatively poor selection of early FBR...Where's pop-punk leg ends 'Limp'? mrc
man supermarket allstars... I was just talking about them the other day. they were on that V/A - JOLT cd comp and toured with LTJ a few times back in the day. Did they ever have a cd released? Im sure the music doesnt hold up but i would love to hear it.
scottheisel
Supermarket All-Stars turned into Last Summer, who were one of the first bands on Drive-Thru Records way back in the day. They sounded like Lifetime with horns.

mclz
well they were gonna do the supermarket allstars 7", but the band ended up releasing it themselves and the shower with goats 7" was gonna be on FBR but then Avi started Springman and put it out as his first release
adamlikesmusic
The Hippos... They should release their albums on vinyl. (At least Forget The World and Heads Are Gonna Roll)
