I have a butterscotch blonde Squire Affinity Tele that I'd put up against anything under an American Tele. Yes I've seen those! They look and feel good for sure! I haven't had the pleasure of playing one enough though... specifically the Squier Mustang. Really good deal on those. Only blemish it has was a teeny tiny belt buckle scratch on the the back I haven't even looked at since I gave an initial inspection. I bought a new Jazzmaster, made in Mexico, after selling my Gibson a few months back, and it's by far one of the best guitars I have ever owned/played.
