no one is arguing. Just voicing opinions, same as you. I really dislike Tom cruise. but his roll in this was very subtle. I disagree with the "link" aspect being needed also. it's a beautiful score. that's why I bought it! no one needs to justify buying or not though!

I don't agree. oblivion was a decent movie, but the visuals were stunning and the music fit them beautifully. Just like tron. I think Anthony did a perfect score for this. when I listen to it, it reminds me of the scenary. Not tom cruise' acting or the plot.

pitchfork is awful. they rated it like a m83 album. not Anthony making a score. same with daft punks score. plus didn't they give daft punks discovery a 4/10 or something, saying it was to repetitive? fuck pitchfork.

Saw this last night, not bad, not great. Visuals and Score were awesome. plot was a little so-so. but def worth a watch.

Hey guys, so i have this Famous Stars and Straps watch that i never wear. It is limited to 500, i bought it in 2008 (i think) Great Blink 182 collector piece or if you just want a nice watch. Ya I have listened to some tracks from it. Nothing special. I was waiting for something that he could really get into, since M83's music is so theatrical. I have been listening to the soundtrack for a few days and am undecided on how i feel yet. But it took me a little while to get into Tron soundtrack and i absolutely love it now. so time will tell.

Ya The movie itself i have little to moderate interest in. But i LOVE M83 and have been waiting for anthony to do a score for years. I am excited to own this.

You are correct, it is 9072. I disagree though, i thought it was a phenomenal album. You have to listen to it as a score though and not a DP album. I think it suited the movie perfectly.
