I'd recommend getting a bachelors (4 year degree) - from my experience working in the tech industry / interviewing candidates. The bachelors makes a big difference especially if you dont have experience coming into the job. just my 2 cents

I assume the AFS white vinyl will be the HT color but Im not totally sure. I dont think there is going to be a new color that hasnt been annouced. nerdalert has 100 copies of the AFS release on white. so maybe hot topic has a completely different color that's limited to /500?

Got Valkyria Chronicles. The game is pretty good though I'm having a hard time getting "grade A" completion on any of the non-skirmish battles. highly recommended
