Got this last week because the guy that runs Chemikal lives round the corner so he dropped it off. Fantastic stuff. Seclusion isn't in the boxset because it was released on a different label from everything else.

Currently reading One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich by Solzhenitsyn and America Unchained by Dave Gorman. My to-read pile is enormous, I'm another one who has problems leaving a bookshop empty handed. I'm also a big fan of www.bookmooch.com and I've saved a bit of money using it.

I didn't even see it on eBay. Was it being sold outside of the U.S.? I wonder if the seller chose not to list it in the U.S.... It was a UK seller, but he was willing to post worldwide. It only had 35 views in total, so I guess most people missed it. I know a lot of people have been complaining about the international visibility on Ebay UK recently, I think I just got lucky.

It was one of my most wanted records, so I'll be holding on to it for the moment. I got insanely lucky, only one other person bid against me and I didn't expect to get it at all, definitely not for the price I did.

are you serious???? they are one of my favorite bands in the world, and i would never dick out on you and start cussing you out or anything, but i think if you actually like that type of music and listened to them you would change your mind. Glasgow? what tour was that, with misery signals and emmure? That was the tour, yep. I love Misery Signals, but I just found August Burns Red incredibly boring.

August Burns Red. Violent Delight, a bunch of teenagers trying to be the UK version of The Bloodhound Gang and totally ripping off their songs in the process. An infinite number of local Glasgow bands that I've forgotten the name of, but the worst was a band called Aye Nomad who opened for Murder By Death last year- 4 old men playing oasis-style pub rock very badly, it was horrific. Coincidentally I have only just found out the opening bands for the Murder By Death show here next week and yet again they are atrocious. :-/

Support Rangers in the mighty Scottish Premier League. Not looking forward to next season that much, after doing so well for the majority of last season it all came crashing down at end and the signings we've been making so far haven't exactly filled me with confidence. :-/ Just praying we can hold on to King Carlos... As for WC2010, I am confident that Scotland will do extremely well throughout the qualifiers and then miss out on the last day, it's the Scottish way.
