We (Old Flings) are a 3 piece rock band from Asheville, NC. Our music expresses our love for the 90's. Given our name (and the fact that we have a TUMBLR page that could have endless possibilites), we think it would be fun for people to submit their "old flings" or flings of the past. All we ask is that you follow us and send us a picture with a small write-up. You don't have to get too detailed or negative (maybe you could send something nice). Hey guys and gals across the internet, hope everyone is doing well. I haven't posted in a while. Just Die! (North Carolina Hardcore) recently released a new record, A Momentary Lapse in Positive Thinking and sank pretty much all of our money into the project. This wouldn't be a problem, but now we have no money to fix our van, RICK. Rick has been broken down for almost 4 months now and the repairs are way out of our price range. We started a Kickstarter Project (though we understand the criticism it may bring to our band) to help out with the funds, so we can tour and support the record/bring awesome bands to the state. Touring is essential and we love Rick, but after 4 years on the road, we are seeing problems. We are offering limited edition copies of the LP and swag and some other cool things. Even a dollar helps. Thank so, so much. I went through a similar scenario lately. If it is a back tooth just pull it out. Find a clinic. It cost me $40 to pull mine out, but some places do it a whole lot cheaper than that.
