The one I got today came from TX like the rest of the stuff. My tracking for my copy of Before the Flood says Ca. My guess is Sand Bag has depots all over.

I actually ordered 2 copies of Deviations 1 when they went up and another after the site when back up a month ago. My 2nd one just showed up no email for tracking or anything. However it was packed in a slightly bigger box with a bit of bubble wrap around it. Pretty my in perfect condition a few very minor spots from the shrink wrapping. They really should have done the 1st batch like this.

I think the music on Deviations is fantastic I'm hearing new things in songs that I've been listening to for almost 20 years. The new songs are awesome, I've been listening to it non stop since I got it. Unfortunately the presentation is a little under whelming, a little better than the standard 4LP Ghosts edition but fall well short of say the 20th anniversary Nevermind reissue that had a similar price point. I can't say this is surprising given that this is the 1st release since Rob Sheridan left the band sometime last year. He's handled all visual aspects (tour production, package design, posters ect) of the band since the Fragile era. He was a huge part of the band for almost 20 years and has set the standard for what we expect from a NIN release. There were clearly huge production issues with this release and if I had to guess Trent was focused on making sure the music was on point rather than the packaging. As it's been pointed out this is a high dollar deluxe release that is not for everyone. I'd say we overpaid by about 20 bucks given what we got, but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. If you're still disappointed hit up Sandbag and see if you can get your money back or wait a few years and E-Bay it and double your money.....anyway that's my 2 cents. Also I think the fact that there's no way to buy this digitally is on purpose TR knows that his fans are savvy enough to track down the music for free. So rather than charge you for it I think he's saying I dont care go get it.

Just got a notification that my copy of Before the Flood as shipped......woooo

So new EP next week. I'm seeing them at FYF the week after that! YES Unfortunately looks like they only get 90 minutes at FYF a bit disappointing but that's festival shows for you.

Yeah I know but i shouldn't have to try that hard, labeling the sides is kind of the point of the labels. I think I'm going to put them in plain paper sleeves and label those .

I got to listen to 3 of the 4 LPs last night sounded awesome, that's the most important part! I'm a little under whelmed by the packaging but it's honestly what I expected, other than the labels not having the sides numbered or lettered. I fucking hate that why do we need to make it a fucking mystery what part of the record I'm putting on. Especially when it's 4 LPs/ 8 sides.

Finally got mine, a little more beat up than I'd like but I can live with it. The box it came in wasn't beat up so I think it was damaged at some point during production.

Tweeted at NIN Trent and SandBag yesterday trying to embarrass SB into responding to my emails. Got a DM from the NIN twitter like 10 minutes later asking for my address. Got my book this morning! I did not expect that to work. Sandbag just emailed me back that they're looking into it, so yeah they're super on the ball can't wait to see what they send me when the reissues drop.

My buddy did got his money back like a week later.

It's a 300 item, they say they'll get back to you in 24 hours I dont think it's unreasonable to hole them to that. I work for an internet retailer and if we had an F-up that big we'd get back to them within an hour.

Over 24 hours and still nothing back on my Cargo In Blood that they probably sent to someone that ordered a Hesitation Marks LP. Yeah these guys are way better than whatever that last Merch company was.

Has anyone gotten their copy of Before the Flood?

I returned from a short vacation this morning excited to open up my Cargo In The Blood shipment (that I had to email them to get it shipped) to find a copy of Hesitation Marks LP instead. I knew it was wrong as soon as I saw the box. How are these guys better then the last ones again? The book is now showing Sold Out so yeah I'm pretty pumped.
