No caffeine would be terrible. It does nothing to me, but I know if I stopped drinking tea/pop, I'd get withdrawal symptoms. Nicotine withdrawal sucks, but it'll hopefully lead to much better things when it passes (hopefully soon).

I'm at work, so hopefully. I can't tell at this point if the feeling is from no nicotine, or from passing out. Just powering through it though, since either way I'm sure it will pass in a few more days. How's your morning?

I love spinach, it's so damn good, so I always use it.

My anxiety makes me dizzy when I have panic attacks, but yesterday I fully blacked out and almost lost conciseness. I had the same thing happen about 10 years ago, but I did actually pass out, and it's been in the back of my mind since. I'll try more water, since I drink more pop then water everyday. Maybe I was just dehydrated? I do have a pretty poor diet most of the time to, so maybe I'll give that a go. Thanks for the suggestion. I did just eat a giant salad for lunch, since it sounded really fucking good for some reason.

I still feeling out of it today, and the anxiety of passing out has me scared to drive again. Skipped work, they officially hate me, but not enough to fire me, but whatever. Searching for a new doctor right now. WTF is wrong with me? At least I've gone over a week without a cigarette.

Debating skipping work tomorrow. I still feel terrible and faint. This shit is pretty scary.

Well fuck, I almost passed out while getting a haircut. I got really hot all of a sudden, started sweating like crazy and my vision went black. This has not happened in 10 years or so, but it's not fun. Time to be all fucked up again for a while.

In a recent interview Zach said they have tons of songs ready, but they are not sure if they'll put them out as an album or something else. He said to expect a ton of new music this year from them. The new album is speculated to be called "Gloomin and Doomin". I'm not sure how I feel about the teasers so far. I love PTM, but I need to hear the full thing before I form any real opinion. There is a live version of "Feel It Still" on youtube. This should also be in the other forum, since this is not vinyl related.

I do like the look of those tables, but they seem to be going up in price a lot lately.

Yeah, I'm pretty bummed. It might be another week they said since they are really busy. I need a back-up table, just in case. Might grab a cheap technics p-mount off ebay.

My turntable is still in the shop, so there goes my plans for the weekend.

Very true. I was not sure if the Project had a built in ground post, or if since it was attached to the RCA cables it came off one of those.

The amp has a ground, but no preamp? Weird. Other suggestion is make your own ground cable, and connect it to the TT and amp (or the splice it on the end of the existing ground wire to reach).

Bypass the preamp with the ground cable, go TT to amp. Also the motor screws, used to hold it in place during shipping have been known to cause hum issues on their tables.

I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese and mozzarella sticks. Super healthy.

Try plugging the ground directly into the ground on the amp, by-passing the preamp. It could be the Pro-ject too. Some are known to suffer from hum issues.

There is not a seamless upgrade from Vista to 10, like there is with 7/8. You'd have to do a clean install of 7 to get the free upgrade.

I use 10 at home, and it's not bad, just takes some getting used to. It's worth the free upgrade, since it is a bit faster (though I have a SSD now, so might be the main reason I notice more speed). You have 30 days to revert back if you don't like it. As to why they are doing it, not a clue really. They want as many people to move to 10 as possible, so they slipped in the upgrade to that icon that tells you about it. Whenever they put out a new OS, they try to focus on it, and don't want to make security updates and things for their older versions, but they do if a lot of people still use it. It's still shady as hell to do it automatically. You can cancel it, but only if you know before it's upgrading (which it does not tell you).
