  1. Works well. Gives the tonearm a little jump when it reaches the end, and of course you can adjust the strength if you don't feel safe with a giant push. By the way, if you have a Rega or Pro-ject, you have to make a few changes and stick it on without the bottom platform with something like putty, which by the way, can be barely noticeable. http://www.thequp.com/DIY_Modification.html (Step one not done on mine)
  2. Doubting that's gonna happen. Remember that this is Victory Records.. they're not gonna let Streetlight profit off their albums after the past ordeal with boycotts, THTT, etc. :c
  3. I found a listing for them for $275. To those who have them, what do you think of the quality? Thanks!
  4. Keep checking sites like Canuckaudiomart, that's where you can find some good deals on used turntables such as this. By the way this was a used item from an audio retailer. Good luck. c:
  5. Noooooooo I missed it. I've always wanted to pay $120 for a plain white t-shirt, and now it's all gone. :c
  6. Just got a pretty good deal on a Debut Carbon. It was $450 (normal price brand new in Canada) and included a 2m Blue, Speedbox II, and a Q up tonearm lifter.
  7. I dunno, just kind of wanted clarification that it would be a good purchase, as at the time I'm not too keen on spending much. Haha..
  8. $450 is the price for all new Carbons I see here in Canada. Go for it or wait for a cheaper deal on the stock model? Or go vintage? Or idk EDIT: Just got it. Turns out what I forgot in the listing was that it included a Q up tonearm lifter, which is $60. Not bad. c:
  9. I wonder if he even has the records people "buy" from him. If he does, well then he better send mine off to me for free as a 'sorry' for being a huge douche. But yeah, don't buy from Beardxcore. I was stupid and got scammed over two records, but luckily his dad got me a refund. Last time I do uninformed spending around here -__-
  10. Does anyone know how this compares to other preamps like the Pro-ject Phono Box S?
  11. I don't know too much about amplifiers, even more so for this specific model that I have unused, but would this be a good amp to play a turntable through? (As in quality, etc.) Probably not too high quality, but maybe it'll do okay I'll be running a Debut Carbon through a currently unchosen phono preamp.. (And by the way, what would be a good midrange preamp? I'm considering the Bugle2, Azur 640p or something) Thanks!
