there's going to be so many of these on ebay in the next month. there's already a few that went up right after this was announced. I'm hoping I can scam a copy of the red/orange for cheap.

overall sound quality is not good, plus lots of noise on the b-side. so yeah is there any way to tell first pressing apart from this one? because it sounds like most people are saying the first pressing isn't like this.

it seems like jade tree presses all their colors in increments of 500, they used to have partial pressing info buried on their site and all the colors of everything were out of 500.

also, unless you have it already, don't forget they have the 3-way split LP with TSWS and Takaru.

try emailing shock value records about Roads, tym that runs that label bought all of the leftover copies when Scene Police folded. he used to have like a hundred of them of something, but of course that's been a few years.

what is this record?

pretty much anytime a record is pressed on "marble" or whatever it means the plant just threw in whatever extra colors they had lying around. it's an ordering option when you get a record pressed, and if I remember right it costs about the same as pressing black, whereas with a specific color you have to pay extra for it. that being said, my version of this is sorta light purple.
