As this is still in press and not under license by deathwish I don't see a chance for this at the moment. Maybe if there rights will ever be given to deathwish or another label / the band itself. Would love it though.

I run a tumblr blog about records or further more with pictures of records. Link can be found in my signature! Although I'd really like to start a "real" blog with reviews, news and covers! Would anyone like to team up for this? I'd really like to do something diverse and maybe even inter cultural as I would also feature some music from Germany ! I could also imagine to take part in an existing blog! If anyone is interested hit me up

They raised the prices and it now costs 8,60€ which is still not as expensive as USPS to Europe..I don't understand why most mailorders don't offer that option..! I'm pretty sure End Hits will supply at least an alternative retail for europe! They worked together with Sandbag and Impericon for their last release (Funeral For A Friend Reissue).

As they now seem to pop up in every store I guess an official announcement isn't far away. I'll keep updating this!

I can bear it as BSF is one of my Top3 favourite bands but I can understand that many others find the price quite high.. The released by End Hits Records always seem to tend towards 20€ (was the same with the Funeral For A Friend reissue). Although there is also a listing at Flight13 which is 2€ less than this http://www.flight13.com/details/107876/boy-sets-fire-misery-index I'm waiting for confirmation on which version this is !

Let's all give an applause to the label / la dispute as I think this preorder was handled quite well! Nice variants with a limitation with which everyone has a chance to pick one up, a nice bundle, a book that is available seperately and most important, a thing that very few other bands / labels did in the past, a preorder that is available through stores all around the world so no one has to pay 30$ shipping if he doesn't want to.

Did anyone who ordered this from banquet receive one yet? I didn't...
