hahahahahaha man i have never heard someone say greenpoint was sketchy. That reminds me, theres a REALLY good polish restaurant next to the Polonaise on greenpoint ave. You can get a bitchy dish of polish specialties for 10 bucks and the inside looks like a medieval pub.

damn that apartment has a better interior than most nyc apartments. PATH train might be annoying to get to work due to the rest of the jersey folks trying to get into nyc for work. but for cheap rent and a good apartment, i would move there.
