Watching money go out of your savings account sucks. Watching student loans, credit card bills, and money you owe people go down...does not.

I was only supposed to work till 8:30pm last night. I stayed until 12:15am and didn't get to bed till 2am. Shit sucks and I'm paid AWFUL for what I put up with, my body hurts and I feel like I'm rarely recognized for what I do. The thing is, this is very obviously a temporary job for me and once I have a car, I'll probably try to pick up a second job or a new one all together. If you don't like where you're at and how you're treeated, you have the opportunity to change it. No one is forcing you to stay, just make sure you land something else before you quit. I'm the queen of leaving jobs because I don't like how I was treated. Don't put up for less than you deserve and don't stay miserable because it's comfortable. Do something about it.

In the end I'm glad i have to go into work because while it's not much, it's money that I need regardless. I realized yesterday while complaining that I don't make enough money, if I had a job where I did make enough money...I likely wouldn't have the flexibility to do the things I want. Ooph, this adult thing is hard to swallow but it also is a good reminder to never settle.
