so, kevin and I were thinking about putting one jump start CD release up for sale for FREE for all of 2010. we're sorta torn on which one it would/should be. so, here's a quick straw poll. leave a comment and let us know which of the following CDs you think we should give away for FREE for all of 2010. we may do one physical CD for free for all of 2010 as well as a free digital download. let your voices be heard. Astpai - Corruption Concealed CD Giving Chase - A Cheap Print of a Masterpiece CD Jena Berlin - Quo Vadimus CD One Win Choice - Never Suspend Disbelief CD Lighten Up - Absolutely Not CD Divide By Zero - Answer to No One CD The Readymen - Discography CD Version City Rockers - Dub Clash CD Fonzie - Built to Rock CD Keystone All-Stars - Once and Young CD Westgate - Afire CD so yeah, let us know what you think. like the sale we've got running now, we're probably going to do this as a FREE or donation based purchase for all of 2010. all you'd have to do is pay for the S&H. thanks to everyone that has picked something up for the holidays. you're definitely keeping kevin busy.

just put it up in the online store. first and only pressing of 300 comes with hand numbered and printed sleeves and three color variants of randomly swirled black, purple, or white vinyl. they look awesome! http://www.jumpstartrecords.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=JSR&Product_Code=SEVEN4&Category_Code=GC you can check out the songs from each band on their myspace pages at: http://www.myspace.com/givingchase http://www.myspace.com/anewdayuk

zack only played drums on the first no on 15 record. the last one, which was digitally released in 2007 and has been available on itunes and emusic for sometime now, is called meet the lads and carlin brown did all the drum tracking on that record. in case any one cares, carlin now plays in dirty tactics and restorations. the other members have gone on to play in bands like giving chase (jeremy and carlin), and the deuces (cory and housewrecker).

we did print a bunch of dbz tees, but they're not longer available. i'm proud to call tom, the guitar player from dbz, my best friend and speak with him very often. it looks at though he might be moving to philadelphia in the near future. well, that is actually something i've discussed with the band. since we're no longer going to be pressing cds unless warranted (meaning, unless there's really a good reason to press cds), chances are the repress of "never suspend disbelief" will be done on vinyl. we've only got about 70 copies of the cd left, so after they're gone, we'll make a judgement call. we will be releasing a brand new 7" inch with one win choice this fall. as for the code, right now they're working on finishing the writing on a new record, and they do plan on recording sometime soon. i haven't talked to jay lately, but after the new record is done and ready to be released, i'm sure you're going to see them out and about a whole lot more. so you're saying this guy used a ballpoint pen to make his more limited: http://cgi.ebay.com/A-WILHELM-SCREAM-Diver-7-50-OOP-PROPAGANDHI-NOFX-PUNK_W0QQitemZ120294189006QQihZ002QQcategoryZ306QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I think it's hilarious when flippers do that the sleeves were hand numbered, but not the actual records, which was the case with first 1000 (technically, you could say both are hand numbered, but i'm making a designation between numbering the actual records and the sleeves). vinyl collective will definitely be getting the records promised. as for why lumberjack didn't send you what you ordered/wanted, i have no clue why they didn't. unfortunately, after we ship to them, i have no control, for the most part, who are records go to. -
dead on. the 48 gram weight is heavier than the standard 7" weight. in audiophile speak, it does mean that it should sound better than the lower weighted vinyl.

probably because we're trying to limit the white to 1 per customer and the clear to 2 per customer at the max. at lot of people are picking up 2 clear and 1 white per order.
