the media mail option is only available on our website. the shipping setup for bandcamp for their physical orders only lets you set one price per piece shipped and for only one shipping method, and in this case that would be priority mail because the majority of people ship their records that way.

that's not true at all. it all depends on what shipping option you choose. i don't know what you selected off hand, but US orders have the media mail option, which is a lot slower than even international priority shipping.

we generally send half the pressing to asscard when we do split releases. they won't be getting half the first pressing on this one because of the demand so far here in the states, but they will get every color from the first pressing.

all LPs are shipped priority by default (because of their weight) unless you ask for the media mail option, which only costs $3.91 to ship one record.

definitely a step up in several ways from their first release! so excited for this record.

oh, and asscard has had CDs since april, but i don't think that solves the problem/issue for you.

we don't just ship one thing over at a time because if you think shipping for MO sucks, try sending over 250+ LPs and other records. getting it sorted now. sorry for the delay. the LP side of things has been a huge delay, mostly out of our hands.

that's looking like the first or second week of may. i was hoping to have these back by the 19th so i could bring some over with me for groezrock and to give to the asscard guys, but the plant said they didn't think that was going to be possible, but we'll keep our fingers crossed on that.

what kind of bears are they?

more than 1/2 the exclusive tees that come with the LP and CD combo deals are gone, so you might want to get on those if that's your intention.

had the same issues with my record. who the hell ships vinyl in a padded envelope with no cardboard reinforcement? it didn't even say 'do not bend' on it. thank god my postman didn't try to get creative and jam it in my mailbox. LAME.

probably not much of a difference in price because the cost to press a 10" versus a 12" is practically the same. $13 is steep, though these guys are a good band and worth it.

it's not so much that. let's just put it this way. 2011 is the 10 year anniversary of that record. maybe there might already be some plans in the works.

unfortunately the label isn't always the people that get to make the call on those decisions.
