I'm having second thoughts though man. Does anyone have any experience with the Orange Rocker 30 head or combo amp? The more I've checked it out and watched video reviews of them. I've loved all the Orange stuff I've played before but this head has a very strong "classic rock" vibe to it, way more than any of the other stuff from them I've heard. Any of the gain settings I've heard sound straight out of the 60's or 70's which doesn't appeal to me that much. Could I mess with the EQ and change that around some or is that how it's just built, it is called a "Rocker 30" for a reason I guess.

Thanks to Craigslist I'm upgrading a ton of my gear. Some guy randomly emailed me asking if I'd trade my MIM Fender Standard Tele that I had listed for a Marshall 1936 2x12. So I'm gonna be able to turn: B-52 AT-100 head+$400 and a Mexican Tele Into: Orange Rocker 30 head and a Marshall 1936 cab. Now I just need to sell my 1960a cab and some records and I'll be able to pick up another decent guitar. I'm pretty stoked.

Still pissed about the Grizzlies and Lakers game last night. I hope Michael Heisley gets fined for his comments because then at least it will get reported and maybe some national attention. You can't score 60+points in the paint and take 116 shots and only get 2 fouls called for you in a double OT game. It's impossible. 34 to 5 FTA difference and two of those for the Grizzlies were technicals. I'm not worried because the Lakers only won the game because of the officials and the Grizzlies were not playing two of their starters and it took double OT and the refs help to win.

Anyone who wrote this off as a bad "screamo" album (I have some friends who did) didn't really give it a chance and are completely wrong. The whole album rules and I can listen to it all the time.

Screw you guys, I watch it too. Me (23) and my old roommates (21) used to watch it all the time because it's actually funny but we grew up on all of Dan Schneider's other stuff like All That, Keenan and Kel, Good Burger, The Amanda Show, Drake & Josh, etc. The worst part of the show is when they actually do the iCarly webshow.

I was wondering what happened to him and VC/Suburban Home as a whole. I don't post on here much anymore so I haven't been keeping up with all that stuff. I remember all this getting nuts for a while though.

No one dug this? Everyone I've showed it to really loves that EP and video once they sit down and actually listen to it.

Over the summer I took a 24" iMac to be repaired for work a couple of times because it was over heating and skipping a ton (we use a program called ProPresenter to play videos and stuff). I took it to the closest Apple store, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. They take it and run tests for a couple of days and say it was not having any problems at all. So I drive back again and pick it up and get it back at my work and it still is doing the same thing. I take it back up again and they say there is a graphic card problem and it needs to be replaced, so we do that. I call up and check on it a couple of days later and they tell me it's ready so I drive the 1 hour+ again and get there and they say it's not ready and don't know why someone told me that and the graphic card isn't even in the store yet. It takes almost 2 weeks and they call me this time and and say its done. So I drive up again to pick it up, when I get there he runs another diagnostics test and it fails. They try some other things and it still isn't working. They all knew me by this point and knew I had been driving a ton on their mess ups so they end up telling me that for some reason they can't fix it and this has never happened and they want me to leave with a working computer since I've been driving a ton. They ended up just giving me a brand new 27" iMac with Lion on it for free, and didn't even make me pay for the repairs to or the graphics card or anything. tl;dr I had a screwed up 24" iMac from a few years ago and because they couldn't fix it and screwed up a couple of times they gave me a brand new 27" iMac for free and I just let them keep the 24". It was worth it for me.

Lamar Odom would not start on the Grizzlies, just saying Exactly what I was saying to someone today. Where was Stern when the Lakers traded Kwame Brown, Jarvis Crittenton and Aaron McKie to Memphis for Gasol AND a second round pick while JERRY WEST was the GM of the Grizzlies? Now THAT is an unfair trade but he let that slide then steps in on this one. Yea makes sense. Also the reason Memphis did this trade was because they knew with Pau being the center point of the team that they could go no higher. They had gotten swept both times they had made the playoffs and were not going to go any higher. The reason Memphis did the trade was because they knew they had to blow it up and almost start over. If you go back and look at the press conferences when that trade happened, Chris Wallace and Michael Heisley both said they were doing this to rebuild and have a playoff team who could contend for a championship in 3 years. That was 2008, last year (2011 aka 3 years later) they were one game away from the WCF without arguably their best player. Also that deal with the Lakers landed the Grizzlies Marc Gasol, Darell Arthur and the trade pieces to land Zach Randolph. It really wasn't lopsided at all for what they were trying to do. I'll admit I didn't see if back then but they have built this team into the best team the franchise has ever seen because of the LA trade.

Well until the Hornets have a permanent owner, the other 29 owner in the league are part owners. So there is no way they are gonna let a huge name team, who is notorious for pulling off huge seemingly unfair deal, land one of the top guys in the league plus dump $74 million in contracts they will have to pay. One of which is Pau who they seem to be upset with anyway. It was handled horribly but I read it this way. Say last year with the OKC and Celtics trade that the two GMs agreed on the deal but the Celtics owner found out and was like "I own this team, no way that's happening." No one would have a problem with that. Until there is a single unit, no big name players will be able to be traded from the Hornets. Why would someone want to buy the team if they already lost their biggest trade bait to build the team they want. Also with the new CBA having revenue sharing, when teams have to pay the luxury tax, it goes to the other owners. So with the Lakers shedding all that salary, the other 28 owners lose money on top of hating the trade.

The old CBA has the player getting 57/43 split of BRI (basketball related income). They immediately dropped down to 53% when the talks started and the owners want them to take 50% or less. It's all just posturing at this point waiting on who will give in. 95% of the new deal is done they just can't agree on the BRI pretty much. They just met for 15 hours today and still don't have it worked out and I think they are getting together tomorrow soon. Just as I typed all that they announced over twitter that a deal is done.
