Still up a day later! Glad I found this thread and was still able to snag a copy.

Anybody have any experience with buying rsd stuff off Turntable Lab? Like when they usually put up leftovers and whatnot?

I signed up for the stock email on the things I want, but something about that feels unreliable to me idk

Late to the party, but anybody know where I can find a copy of the My Chem release? Was out of town for a funeral and friends had no luck finding a copy in Philly. I've been searching online with no luck.

Will compensate somebody if they got an extra/see one in their local shop and are willing ship

Good news and bad news:

In a pretty sudden change of plans, I decided to buy a ticket to the show while in line for the popup shop, meaning I was only able to purchase a record for myself in an effort to not spend an irresponsible amount of money in the course of an hour or two. Since arenas usually put up the tickets that they held onto for promotions but never got rid of on the day of the show, I ended up getting a pretty excellent seat. Travis Scott rode a mechanical bird. I had fun.

In a more unfortunate turn of events, I opened the copy of the record I purchased a couple minutes ago, only to discover that it was black, despite being red on the menu I was handed in the shop, so I guess everything worked out (?)

My friend and I are going to the Philly one tomorrow as early as we can, but if the vinyl has been selling out early it might not be worth it

My b if this has already been answered, but has anybody confirmed that the retail version is black?

I've seen listings for the black vinyl but no pictures of anything but the red. Thought it might be the same situation as Blank Face with people just expecting the retail to be black but it was also on the color.

Couldn't pass on that Into It. Over It. one. I'll purchase any piece of vinyl that has 22 Syllables on it.

Also: has anybody who ordered in the first batch received theirs yet? Not getting impatient, just curious. I understand that this is probably not a very quick process.

Didn't love it at first, but after a couple of listens straight through, I can proudly say that it slaps hard.

Saw them Saturday and the last new song they played (Feel This?) was definitely my favorite. Even more excited for the new record and the tour.

Having a hard time deciding whether to jump on the Euro variant now or wait to see if more GITD go up / for numbers on the Green.

I understand that this isn't necessarily a vinyl related equipment question, but I wasn't sure where else to ask it. Recently my tape deck has been letting out a high pitched buzzing/humming sound (more than normal tape hiss) when I'm playing a tape. The deck is a Sherwood (not sure of the model) that we got pre-owned and have only had it for about a year and a half, but the problem didn't start until a couple months ago, and I had been using it regularly prior and it had been doing fine. It's duel cassette, and the noise only seems to happen on the play head, but not the second play/record head, and ONLY when the tape is playing. I'm relatively new to collecting tapes, so I'm not sure if this is a common issue, and a Google search only results in links so car forums with little to no helpful information.

I personaly think you would be better off spending your $ on a different integrated amp altogether, but I have no experience with your specific receiver.

I'm kind of new to most of these upgrades, as I've never had the money to buy them. What would a better preamp do for me? (Sorry if this is a stupid question)

And do you have any integrated amps that you could recommend?

Right now I have a Yamaha RX-930 and a Pro-ject Debut Carbon. The RX-930 has a built in phono preamp, but I've been thinking about upgrading. 

I'm looking at the $100-200 range. Would buying a new preamp be worth it? Would I get much of a difference at all in that price range?

Y'all got any suggestions as far as model goes?
