    Spun this twice last night. I can only describe it as a mix between the old album and the acoustic stuff Derek does for defeater. Not alot of rocking songs on this album , but that's the way i like it. Also the songs with Derek's wife on vocals are some of the best on the record.

    I put a note on the dispute to pay pal stating that i got my record back and i don't want to be charged any form of fee for the charge back dispute. They almost instantly closed the case and didn't tack on a fee.

    I wrote him an email yesterday basically saying pay the money or ship my record back by Friday. He responded with a tracking number. He also stated he will be "setting it right with all members that were affected"
