In the end, she accepted a $13 refund which makes me think she just wanted to pay less afterwards. I offered her $8, and she rejected which then eBay replied saying that I had to refund the whole 29$. So I messaged her again offering $13 and she took it. People are shady sometimes.

She filled the dispute thru eBay. I'm willing to give her $8 for refund. Just pissed since she didn't send me proof I guess. It's kinda weird that I sent her a sealed rsd 7" item and she says it was opened with a scratch and chipped.
