  1. I'm not either or I would. My photoshop skills are limited to the equivalent of a 4 year old in Microsoft Paint.
  2. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED Cici's when I was a kid (partially because living in GA doesn't permit exposure to real pizza) because they had an arcade (w/ MK2) and all the pizza I could eat
  3. I live in Milford (New Haven area). I am originally from GA, so I came here on my own. I'm stupid. I will say that my proximity to awesome cities is a very nice change from GA. also the music scene here doesn't suck. So it's got that going for it.
  4. All this is too true. When I first heard of them they were about to release Drive and they were still calling themselves a small little company that felt lucky to be able to make OSTs. Now they've bought DW...a lot changed in a short time. I think they haven't hired enough people to keep up with their production. Not to mention that the releases have become slightly more mainstream than before. Maniac is one thing, but a fucking Marvel movie?
  5. While I'm with you knowledgeable peoples, does anyone know about the pressing quantities on that gold NOTW? Discogs didn't say and it isn't on DF. Just curious it's not really a big deal.
  6. Thanks brosef! I'm sure they will. I've never had an issue with mondo shipments, except for never receiving a random variant and waiting 17 years. Otherwise they're topnotch! (I'm actually 100% serious; it sounds sarcastic, but it's not. No seriously.)
  7. She was because I only really wanted that when it went up with the other DW stuff, plus I had to be quick because it was the tri-color. It took me 3 tries to actually check out. I kept losing it or it would go out of stock. If they fucked me on the tri-color'd one, I'll be PO'd...and not in a "preorder" kind of way.
  8. I did not know that. I got FACED! lol Anyway, I picked up their 3 albums so hopefully I can snag the cokebottle clear soon and have MN add it to my order. Otherwise, I'll wait until I place another MN order and grab it.
  9. Interesting story. Could be true, but it sounds like one of those chain email stories that always ends with "Send this to 30 people in 10 minutes and you will find fortune. Don't forward it and most of your loved ones will suddenly die around you, the skies will open up and rain diarrhea on your face, and your mother will be raped by a T-Rex." I am waiting on my GotG and Sleepaway camp.
  10. I've always wondered how this phrase came about. Was some dude name Josh always kidding around so people started referencing jokes as "Joshes" ? What. The. Fuck. I want my shit! Ahem...I mean...CONGRATS!
  11. Considering how fast it sold out, I would say there are many less than a 1000. I'd guess 300-500 tops.
  12. don't get me wrong, I want half of the shit he has, but that one part, ugh...I hold my tounge.
  13. haha. I love me some Kristen Wiig too. She was in that rollerderby movie. Also she's hysterical. "Welcome to terrr-gett!" I'm not mad at you. I've been tied up with school and work lately. It's just a coincidence.
  14. Nice. Hey if you need one, my local HT has like 6 different ones. It's kinda sad because they just sit there. I don't care for BTBAM too much, but I don't think they deserve to be homeless. Also there are about 6 My Little Pony pic discs if any of you are bronies or whatever girl MLP fans are called. I don't get that either, but whatever- I like the Pizza Underground, who am I to judge?
  15. Yeah. I don't get it. I mean records look cool (kind of), but their purpose and use is so much more impressive than they are as "art." Sometimes I still get really excited about the concept of a record/ turntable. There is sooooo much detail, thought, and invention in the idea. Like seriously, who the fuck thinks: "I bet if I make a bumpy-grooved disc spin under a needle connected to magnets that will communicate with electricity to create noise, I can listen to music"? It's just mind-boggling and impressive...I dunno...I'm rambling.
  16. Coheed is too often overpriced second hand. The sad thing is that a lot of the fanatics just collect their stuff and don't necessarily play it. There is this one guy that has all their albums (and assorted variants) FRAMED on his walls. He has no free wall space for all the coheed records (and posters, setlists, etc.) Don't get me wrong, I'm all for doing what you want with your stuff, but he probably doesn't know how a record player works. To quote the James Champ: "for. shame."
  17. I feel you. I litterally cannot take much more. Here's my hand: Despite my daily, repeated use of skin creams and moisturizers, this is what I have for a "hand." It looks like I have a disease.
  18. it's the worst. I grew up in Georgia. I'm used to sweating balls in the summer and wearing a hoodie (and MAYBE gloves) in the winter. Connecticut is godawful.
  19. I like a good tequila too. Except for the price tag. so in conclusion I guess I like cheap tequila because it does the trick, tastes ok, and isn't $20 for 4 oz.
  20. Out of the three I prefer gin too. Unless it's a really complex bourbon. If that's the case I may be interested in sipping. In all seriousness, I love that these are all named after booze.
  21. I do not, but after seeing the "gin" font, I absolutely understand why you want it. It's very nice. Good luck!
  22. I'm going on the record to say I'd also kiss Charlie Day's mouth. also Good Morning VC! It's colder here than a demon's soul in the Arctic. It hurts my body to be outside.
