  1. There’s a kickstarter going to get Digger’s last album pressed on vinyl for the first time.
  2. Anyone on here have this and willing to sell?
  3. As much as I still love ska, I feel like RBF is just a band I'm not really interested in anymore. That being said, every summer I will listen to Turn The Radio Off and WDTRSH a few times. I will also say that I think Cheer Up is their best album and Aaron Barrett can take a huge dump on 95% of the guitarists in the world.
  4. Does anyone on the board have a copy of Read The Book, Seen The Movie on vinyl they would sell?
  5. Just saw that Trio made a facebook post that Derek will not be drumming on this tour due to health reasons
  6. Sure, but all of this was done in secret, who knows when those photos were even taken? Just saying, i find it weird he’s not with them at the moment.
  7. Doesn’t look like the Vandals have anything going on now. Apparently Derek made a post a little bit ago on Instagram about mental health issues so maybe he is doing what Chris Wollard did and sitting this run out.
  8. Looks like Derek Grant isn’t doing the upcoming tour, they’ve posted photos of them rehearsing and Jarrod Alexander from My Chemical Romance and the Sekrets is behind the kit.
  9. If anyone wants to part with their copy, I’m looking to buy
  10. I have a copy of Vacation that I don't listen to and I'd sell for a decent offer
  11. I think that the first 2 Hellraisers are among the best horror films ever made. Part III is fun simply to watch Pinhead unleashed, and it has the best budget out of the series. The 4th movie could have been really good, but it was butchered by executives and didn't live up to the original script. I like Inferno and Hellseeker. Inferno was an early writing/directorial job by Scott Derrickson, who would go on to do Exorcism of Emily Rose and Deliver Us From Evil. I like that it didn't focus on Pinhead and attempted to go back to the original roots of the series. Hellseeker gets points for bringing back Ashley Laurence and the Chatterer cenobite. 7-9 aren't very good at all, although Hellworld was the first original sequel script since part 4. I am cautiously optimistic for the new movie, Hellraiser Judgement. The new actor playing Pinhead looks like a youthful Doug Bradley. I like the concept of introducing different elements of hell's minions aside from cenobites.
  12. haven't posted in a while. here's my watch list since post! Dawn of the Dead 2004 Phantasm: Oblivion Phantasm: Lord of the Dead Alone in the Dark (1980's) Chopping Mall Phantasm Shin Godzilla Hellraiser Phantasm 2 Vamp Candyman 30 Days of Night Poltergeist 2
  13. I really dug The Hallow, it was more of a Body/horror film than I expected it to be. It had a great creepy vibe. Yesterday i watched The Omen and Texas Chainsaw 3D. I was pleasantly surprised with chainsaw, I have never been a huge fan of that franchise and I thought this was one of the better films in it.
  14. Last night I watched Behind The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. It never disappoints me. Nate Baesal is just so likable in the documentary portion of the film. I love the little cameos from horror greats. The writers put a lot of heart into the script and it shows. Tonight I think I am going to watch We Are Still Here.
  15. I didn't mind the story that much although it was predictable. What got me was the CGI ghosts. It was such a beautiful film and great set, I wish they had reeled back on the ghosts and went with something more practical.
  16. Just finished The Mind's Eye. Very impressed, fans of Scanners will love it. Great, bloody fun with a creepy synth score.
  17. Watching Phantasm Ravager as I type this. It's a fun nostalgia trip, but extremely low budget. Keep your expectations in check if you plan on watching it.
  18. Change of plans last night, I went with The Guest instead. That movie is a love letter to everything I grew up watching as kid. Tonight I went with the 2014 redo of The Town That Dreaded Sundown. This is one of a handful of remakes that out shines the original film.
  19. Curse of Chucky had potential. I wouldn't call it bad, but the low budget really limited the movie. I didn't like how it was 90% confined to the house.
  20. Since my last post, I've watched Creep, The Barrens, and Night of the Demons 09. I am now ending my day with All The Boys Love Mandy Lane.
  21. Every year I try to do 31 horror movies in October, most of the time wit success. I often try to map out what i'll be watching, and make weekly themes. This year, the theme is spontaneity. I am not scheduling any movies in advance and will let my mood dictate what I put on. So this morning when I woke up, I wanted something fun. Decided to go with Feast, I hadn't seen it in a while and I can say it still holds up really well.
  22. Love this band, but they get the award for consistently having the worst album art. The band hasn't had decent art since Cheer Up circa 2002
