Ok. So why not just not post anymore or not come back to the board and leave your account active? It was drama queen bullshit to delete your account, at least admit that. No one would know you left if your account was still active. It was the whole "they'll miss me when I'm gone" mentality. If this place sucks, don't post anymore. I basically just didn't want to be a part of the board any more and felt that deleting my account was a way to get a fresh start on that. Like I said I was thinking about it for a while and it just seemed like, "ah, why not". Perhaps, I could have just not come back but it actually felt better to get rid of the account all together. As I said, I created a new account because I have sales I didn't want to ditch out on and because I wanted to follow up on current records and such. I'm only posting here to offer some very small amount of explanation/defense. I have to say you seem to be taking this rather personal and hostile. I'm not sure why.

I spoke to ILC. and they basically said if there's a store in your area that they deal with, contact the store. They listed a couple in my area and I'll be contact them for sure.

As of right now...no easy or cheap way that I know of. I went thru Leech records, very spendy for both colors. But I think since they are officially released now shipping won't be too long, maybe a coupla weeks. It looks like it was actually sent 8/20/09, and I got mine today. (they told me they had sent it over 6wks ago, but by postage date it looks like 8/20!) Virgil said he may be getting some....no word about them yet. Or hope there are some left when he hits your town on the Revival Tour Mind if I ask what it cost?

I left because I just haven't been thrilled with the overall quality of the site. I feel like there's a handful of folks I really like and a lot who I don't even enjoy reading comments from. Yes, I could ignore them but it came to the point where I was ignoring more content than I was reading and that just kind of bummed me out on the whole deal. I was actually just updating my profile when I saw the "delete account" button at the bottom. It seemed like a decent idea at the time and I'm still pretty okay with it. I've made a new account for the purpose of selling stuff and maybe occasionally posting in the vinyl thread. Also, I had sold (and shipped) some items to some people and I realized this board was their only contact with me. I didn't want to pull up stakes in case something bounces back. So, that's it.
