im dying for an Australian tour. I have seen conor and the mystic valley band twice but never bright eyes as i was 17 when they last came and the headlining show was over 18 (they supported REM but i couldnt afford that)

queensland got lucky in terms of damage but im just going by what i heard. Im no scientist, but simply type in yasi katrina into google and half the results say yasi a cyclone bigger than katrina. Doesnt mean it is but im certainly not insane saying it

So far, this is nowhere near Hurricane Katrina's damage. A reminder: at least 1,836 people died during or directly after making it the deadliest U.S. hurricane since 1928. The total property damage was estimated at $81 billion. Trust me, I can sympathize, I lived here during and now after the storm. But there isn't much one can compare to Katrina. I wasnt trying to compare the damage to katrina but the actual cyclone itself was bigger/stronger than katrina. They stressed this fact often when broadcasting about it yesterday. Im just going by what the news said Also when you consider than queensland had an area bigger than Texas that flooded 2 weeks ago things are pretty bad

yeah i wanted to check them out but didnt get a chance. Hopefully it will be passed by then and they will be fine. Queensland is getting it real bad though, 2 floods and a hurricane worse than katrina in the period of about 2 weeks, its insane

from what i have heard he was actually going to quit music entirely until fans started raising money for him and his family without him asking so then he decided to try and create a bit of a community and help people out through the intern thing. as said above he is a pretty genuine guy and his wife is lovely

I have that dvd, rather interesting and hard to watch in parts but overall it is motivational

Im pretty sure they have charged me now so i hope that they get around to sending them soon. Because suddenly deciding to charge me less than two weeks out from christmas if they arent even going to send it is rather frustrating (yes i know that was when i should have expected to be charged but i also expected to get the vinyl)

just had a listen on my parents old turntable and it doesnt skip. Not sure what this means because my player hasn't done this for any other release. Rather strange Its certainly not unlistenable just wish it wasnt my most loved song
