Someone on the vinyl reddit page says that the Regina Spektor- Begin to Hope reissue has been pushed back? Is this true?? Edit: Tweeted Bull Moose and they said it's still coming out in the US!

If anyone is going to Third Man for RSD this year (Either the Nashville or the Detroit locations), if you can pick me up a copy of the "You are the Sunshine of my Life" 7" on "It's not Easy Being Green" colored vinyl, that would be awesome! I'll obviously pay for the record/shipping etc. Let me know!

I really only want Regina Spektor - Begin To Hope. Wanted the ODB release but not for $30. I'll have to look again, but I'm glad this won't be hurting my wallet this year!

First off, I don't plan on selling it, so if you don't know the whole picture, I wouldn't say anything. Secondly, last RSD, I was lucky enough to get the "Sweet Thrash" Paul McCartney "signed" album that was hidden in bins. Still haven't opened that, don't ever plan on selling it, but again, an awesome add to my collection. The Bowie clear version and the McCartney release are the only two I've ever thought about framing.

As is said before, I have a black copy for spinning. The clear, I'm keeping sealed.

Don't mean to come off sounding like a total douchebag, but I'm contemplating framing my clear copy. I don't plan on opening it, so why not have it displayed and framed? What do you guys think? Really on the fence because I don't know if I want it just chilling in my collection or frame it and put it on a wall? Thought?

What I don't get is that people are claiming there orders have been cancelled. When I spoke to B&N on the phone (tried live chat and literally got no where), they told me that as long as I personally don't cancel my order, than they won't either. They will send out emails saying it's delayed or out of print, but the woman who I spoke to said that as long as I don't cancel my order, they won't either? I have since canceled my order because I got the one from Mississippi, but just thought I would share what was told to me.

Honestly, I would just pick up a black one. They aren't terribly hard to find. I picked a black one up to play and enjoy. Sounds incredible. I wanted to clear one to have as a collectors item. As I said, it will remain sealed in my collection.

Talked to the manager of the store and she was nice enough to send it to me. Obviously didn't come in a nice mailer, but pretty well packed in a box with a lot of padding and two extra cardboard things that the vinyl fit into.

One is the Black I've had for a week. The other is the clear one I got in the mail today.

Mississippi store is sending it to me. They said it should be here by Monday or Tuesday of next week. At the point, I'll cancel my existing order. Pretty pumped about this!

Exactly. That's why I'm on hold with B&N to see if I can have it transferred to a store closer to me or they can use the copy they have on hold for me at that store as the one for my order.

One of my "pick up at store" reservations for the clear edition was processed and is being held till the 22nd. It's in Mississippi. I'm in Illinois. Anyone want to help me out?

Got a shipping delay from BN this morning (not shocked) for my clear copy. Said it should ship within 1-5 business days and now the expected delivery date is the 26th. For shits and giggles I tried the pick up in store option and a store near me gave the option to reserve. I also tried Milwaukee and two stores gave the option to reserve. Maybe they're popping back up in stores. Either way, I'll let you guys know if/when I hear back from the stores.

I have a black copy on hold at my local record store. Also have a copy of "Nothing has changed" on hold there as well. Still hoping B and N pulls through and I'll have a clear and black copy.

Still in process mode for me. But checked to see if there were any stores that have it. There's one about an hour and a half away from me. Put in a reservation, I'm sure within the next 15/20 mins it will get shot down. If they do in fact have it. I'll pick it up tomorrow and keep my order open on the B and N website. Hopefully that will get processed eventually and I'll be more than happy to give someone that one (if everything works out). EDIT: shot down

Bought the vinyl on tour and the B side had a real nice deep scratch in it on the second side. Contacted El Vy/ 4AD and they sent me out a replacement and I got it today. So far sounds great!

The one I ordered yesterday is still in the being processed mode. My card was charged so I contacted BN as well and they said that it probably won't be delivered at the expected delivery date but they are trying to order more copies. Not sure if that means black copies but I'm hoping I can still secure a clear one from them?

Mine says it won't be delivered till the 18th. So I'm still holding on to hope that because of that, I'll get a shipping confirmation in the next few days?
