Nope. I'm anti-flipper. Just wondering if it was sealed or not. I've posted several times on other threads about flippers. -
CIRCA SURVIVE DESCENSUS LP FOR SALE AT COST
rjmarine replied to amnstypls's topic in Sale/Trade/Wants
Is the HT sealed? -
Unreal. The day of, already online for 3x retail.
-
I guess I did, huh. I assumed that, was just double checking with some who may have known for sure. I'm still a little loopy from lack of sleep by staying up till 3am to order those MCR albums, lolol. Thanks man!
-
Quick question: When an album is announced to have a HT exclusive variant, does that exclusive come out or release the day the record is released? I am asking in reference to Hit The Lights - Summer Bones. It releases on 3.24.15 and the pre-order is still current but says there will be a HT exclusive (/300). I am assuming you can't pre-order the HT exclusive variant and that it is made available the day of release?

Would hope that us East Coasters have a shot to grab a copy online by sunrise.
-
Thanks man. I'll be all over this MCR release. Just didn't know if anyone had experience with vinyl like this in the past and when it went up and how long is lasted. Also, a Hot Topic by me had a few copies of Anberlin - Low Born last time I was there. I can see if they still have it the next time I'm out and grab it if you're still looking for it.
-
In regards to the MCR albums, which I'd like to secure a copy of each: What time do the albums show up on online for purchase? Post-midnight or closer to start of business day? And how quickly will this sell out, are we talking a matter of hours or what. I don't want to miss out on these and I know my local store won't have them in stock.

Both MCR albums are so sexual. I'm newer to this forum but...yo, massive respect to Travis. Appreciate the info, the pics, and for making me burn a hole in my wallet. vinyl over urryythang.

I have a copy of Circa Survive - Descensus (yellow/black splatter /1,000) up for sale or trade. I opened it to verify the color variant and listened to it one time through. PM me some offers. Looking to unload this as I have my eye on some other albums I want. I am also open to a trade as well. Looking for some Fall Out Boy, Brand New, Copeland.

Is it used or still brand new?
-
Lolol, lost it. hands clapping emoji

Lolololol Dang. HT needs to step up their in-store vinyl game
-
Agreed. I was just saying that the UO by be has a nice setup. It was very similar to this: As opposed to HT where there were 20 records in a crate on the floor.
-
The Hot Topic by me has the vinyl in a crate, on the floor, in the back corner and only every about 15-20 records out at a time. Again, limited selection and barely any new releases. I too would like to lobby for all Hot Topics having some kind of respectable space for vinyl. I was at an Urban Outfitters the other day and they have a visible wall dedicated to sorted and clean vinyl with a great selection of older and newer. This is why I resort to mainly HT online purchases.

Travis, any details on the variants? Are they going to be new/different or a re-issue of the 2014 Hot Topic exclusive variants? Thanks

PO: Circa Survive - Descensus (11/24/14)

This entire "argument" is completely subjective. The collectors care about pressings/variants and the limited, rare value of an album. Common consumers either don't care and/or don't value the rarity. The end.- 1,448 replies
