Huh. My order was marked as "Ready to Ship" a few days after I placed it, but nothing has changed since then. I've reached out to customer service a couple of times to see if they were backed up or had any update on when I could expect it to ship, but they've never responded. I feel like it's a coin flip between these showing up unexpectedly and these never showing up at all now.

Has anyone who ordered this been waiting on their order to ship for a while? I placed my order at the end of March and still haven't gotten a shipping notification. Customer service has been radio silent with a status update too.

I can definitely tell a good record from a bad record. Like I'm listening to FUTCT right now and can confirm that there is some nasty inner groove distortion on each side. Other than that it sounds compressed pretty much the whole way through. Glad to finally own a copy of it, just wish it was a better quality pressing.

I didn't have any issues with my old copy of Infinity. Nothing amazing, but far from being a bad quality record.

eBay user "thevinylvillians" won one of my auctions and then proceeded to message me that he bid too much and wanted me to cancel his order. After I went through the process of a non-payment claim, he opened a claim saying I never shipped his record and wanted me to either ship the record or refund him even though he never paid. Luckily it was an easy case for me to win with a phone call to eBay, but it was still a pain nonetheless.

I got a shipping notification on my white variant that had an expected release date of 8/1 when I ordered it. Pleasant surprise.

Normally I wouldn't have thought anything of it, but I had new releases in my order too and when I saw someone post about their email I was curious if my order was going to be cancelled or anything since it was part of the $10 deal.

Did everyone who did the in store orders get an email confirmation? Because I ordered mine a week ago and still haven't seen an order confirmation or a shipping email.

My store was doing the $10 web orders for everything, but it wouldn't let them ship to store. But even after shipping costs it was still just over $70 for 6 records. Can't beat that.

Orland Square?

Noticed that Orland Square is getting a smaller and smaller selection. One of my friends was talking to a manager about it and he said the same thing others have mentioned in here about the Box Lunch store. So I'm curious if everything ends up online or in the Box Lunch stores.

I think he meant they didn't take any shortcuts with production and made sure this was a high quality product.

Just got an emai from no sleep saying that Suburbia was damaged in transit to merch now and that it was removed from my order with the Upsides. So I'm assuming anyone who ordered Suburbia isn't getting it.

I agree 100%. If they made both of them like that, or found a way to swirl some white in with the black on it i think it'd be so much better. Still a nice variant though regardless.

Will post pics of mine later, but it's def not what I'd call "swirl", and not what I expected from the description for sure.

Thank you! Those pictures are way different than what i expected. I was under the impression both discs were some sort of red, white, and black swirl.

Can anyone who picked up a copy of American Idiot post a picture of the variant? Can't seem to find a picture of it anywhere and I'm on the fence about picking it up.

I got mine today and it had 2 B-Side labels, but it plays like it should. Such a great album.

Glad everything worked out! The whole it just sold out, so I'll sell it for $10 more right away will definitely rustle some peoples jimmies here. For future reference, give the ht website a day or so if you're looking for something right after a hot cash promotion. If it was there before hot cash, it will probably pop back up after as well :-)
