    I will have to message him to see what color Benji that is he has. Only missing two variants of it now. I realized a few days ago I have more than I am missing now, so the scales are finally tilting in my favor. Take that into account with the fact I've had to buy 7 new pieces this year alone to keep up with new output so I hardly get time to shuffle money back to pick up older pieces . Thanks for the lookin' out duder!!!!

    Morning all Looks like that cold front will be pushing through here in the next few days. It was in the low 80's yesterday, believe me, the sun burn on my head and neck from pruning two trees tells me so. But the weather guy was saying we will have lows in the mid 40's this coming week so that should make for some nice mornings to go walking. Edit: Where's my invite to this " whatsapp group" ?

    I'm pretty sure that picture was taken by someone other than the seller also... And yea, not answering me was the worst part of it but at least eBay took action for me so I do have them on my side I already have the clear one and was specifically ordering that one because they were saying it was the white one. And right time I laid eyes on it I knew it was damaged even before opening the box In my message I clearly told them I would take an opened copy if they could just assure it was the one pictured, but still nothing. The hunt continues...

    I ordered one from this seller and sure enough it wasn't the white version pictured. It also came damaged as hell, and the seller ignored my message, so eBay refunded my money after sending it back. Buyer beware...

    Those blanks did take some abuse for sure. The cost is in the name on the deck honestly because we all know for the most part they are the same 7 ply maple underneath. I did prefer Independents though because you could grind the fuck out of them and still expect them to perform. I never liked the painted trucks thing that Tracker did. Why put so much cash into something you are going to destroy anyhow?

    Completes are ridiculous now. Last time my ex got one for her son, I found some sellers on eBay that sold completes in multiple name brands like Alien Workshop and Darkstar with good trucks, grip tape, wheels, bearings, and hardware for around or under $100.

    I remember being so excited when I would get a new CCS catalog back in the day, until a teacher would snatch it for reading it in class lol Me too. Being in a small town with one real skate shop made the prices too good for my parents to pass up. Because, you know, I had to have wide legged jeans and Independent hoodies to be scene and all.... lol. Plus I broke decks like bones back then, so it was just easier to get their blanks for half the price of ones with graphics at the local place.

    Me too. When I worked at Hot Topic I felt like such an old man telling those kids how lucky they were to just have a store to go to and about how I had to send off money orders for shirts out of the back of Hit Parader magazine when I was in middle school lol. Or when piercing first started getting it's footing in the 90's & when I would order jewelry from some place who's catalog was like five pages of xerox pages stapled in the middle and folded.

    Sucks to get an email first thing telling you two releases you ordered and were looking very forward to have been delayed and now it may be Christmas nearly when you finally get them, if they don't have another excuse then....

    Got my email from Bullmoose letting me know about the delay. I also ordered the Killers Hot Fuss repress and it's delayed to, so I won't be seeing my order until Christmas I guess Edit: Bullmoose waited long enough to let me know considering this is supposed to be out next Friday

    Hey @Thomas³, that seller never responded to my complaint about them sending me the wrong record, so eBay decided in my favor and gave me a refund and a shipping label to send it back. Funny, seeing as I told the seller in my message that I would take an opened copy just to assure I was getting what I wanted instead of a refund.

    It was nuts. I've heard transformers blow before so I knew what it was immediately, but the lights on for two seconds and then dark again was about to make me start kicking something lol. I'm about to act like a 2 year old though now that I can have loud music again Edit: Time to throw away $200+ worth of food

    Just got power back on at my girlfriends house last night, still no power at my mother's place though. Last night the lights came on for a split second, then a loud buzz like a ten ton bee flying over, then a huge bang like a transformer exploded, than back in the dark. This is my first time at the computer since Saturday afternoon. Thank you sir! Sold

    Understatement of the century Lol. Two stop lights have power, the third doesn't. Burger King I can see from my house has a line wrapped around the building, no power here... Walmart has power, there exit stop light doesn't... I couldn't be MORE confused...

    Yea I've noticed how tense I am lately and this huge power outage is not helping. A friend showed my pictures of a ton of damage around town last night. One was of a house with 2 trees laying on it from 2 directions. Power company is saying possibly Sunday before we get lights. And yea, there are lights all around. Friend that showed me the damage pics says the neighbor hood across the street from his has power, but he doesn't. This is crazy...

    I've noticed more & more recently that I clench my teeth from anxiety as well and should probably look into a mouth guard like you T. And shows alone aren't a total loss, they become special to you as something you got to do and didn't have to share that moment with anyone else. I have a few of those in my memory bank. PS: Still no power.....

    Good luck with the new job. I know that's a big step toward regaining control. Just make sure they don't manage to keep half your pay on new releases dude. And thanks to all for your concern, this is certainly out of the norm for sure...
