I sold a few hundred records over the course of 2 years starting in 2004. I used that cash to buy records that I really wanted. I changed my whole focus on collecting at that point. Switched from buying rare records just because they were rare, to buying every record I could find from Long Island and New York bands in the 90s. These are the bands I love. I think selling what you don't love is really easy. No matter how crazy of a collector you are.

the shipping on these lots are ridiculously cheap. Dude will ship you 12 LPs 7 7"s and 2 fucking dvds for 6.50. People charge 4 bucks to ship 1 7"!

I want to offer up some free promotion for any Labels or Distros interested in taking advantage of it. This is an idea that I've been kicking around with a few distros like VinylJunkie and NerdAlertRecords. Basically I will give any Label or Distro a prime ad location inside of their auction on LimitedPressing.com You post auctions, and I will link any ad you want to those auctions. Promote your next preorder, your distro, your label, etc. Here's an auction posted by NerdAlertRecords http://limitedpressing.com/auctions/693 He's using a moving image ad right above the comment box. We also have another location if that one isn't to your liking. But all you do is start the auction to the desired price you want, no reserve needed. Then we handle the ad automatically. We know who you are and we have it linked in the background. It's pretty slick. This is just step one in our "trade ad space for stuff" plan. Step 2, which we hope to launch early 2010, involves linking genre specific ads, to auctions with genres specified...if that makes any sense ahah. EX. you have a indie label, we link your ad to indie tagged auctions...not Black Metal auctions! See that would be retarded. Soooo back to the idea, what we're going to do is trade a couple of weeks of rotating ad space for a t-shirt or a record. Then we'll take that stuff and give it away to users during special promotions. We'll also include stickers and/or flyer promotion from the Label/Distro in the box when we send it. See that's a lot cooler than selling ad space. Selling ads, totally not our deal. Lot of small labels/distros can't afford ads. This is the perfect way to solve that problem. I think I want to entertain some trade offers on my Green Day 39/Smooth test press. This is the original Lookout! pressing. I also have the promotional sheet that came with it. This is stapled to the paper sleeve, which is most likely the original paper sleeve as well. It's the legit real deal TP. One just sold on ebay for 430 and it didn't have the promo sheet and was from japan haha. NO CASH!!!! I want every green day fan to have a shot at this. I scored this recently from a less then savvy seller. Only paid a few hundred for it. I'm not looking to profit. I don't need the cash. 3 way trades are welcome. In fact they're encouraged. I think a lot of labels keep the pressing quiet until they sell out. If no one knows the pressing info, then people will be worried that they didn't make a lot. Hence sellout quicker. Or it could be cause they're lazy haha. Sometimes I think if every label did what Rev does, make everything so totally available, like down to the smallest of details, then they would be a lot more collectable.

I got these yesterday. ordered 1 for brother and 3 for me....got 2 colors ahhah fuck me. I listened to it once. Sounded ok. I need to get use to it. I'm still in love with heavier. The color thing is pretty annoying though.
