I've recently begun a small Real Estate collection and am looking to snag a few more. What I'm looking for is: Real Estate Live on the Radio 12" Fake Blues 7" Suburban Beverage 7" I'm not sure how popular this band is or if this stuff is in high demand but figured I'd give it a shot. EDIT: All I need is the Suburban Beverage 7". If you have it let's negotiate!

This is the band's version of the release. We are doing a separate version that will be 180 gram deluxe, etc. Just so I understand correctly there are 2 different white pressings?

my band tried out doing a cassette and cd release of our first demo thing. you'd be amazed how many people will be willing to check it out only because it's on some "unusual" medium like a cassette. and backed on just doing it yourself, why pay for what you can do for free

I recorded a bootleg of their St Louis show and this was the only track that sounds good, I can upload it when I get off work
