i got an email from merch direct saying my lp was shipping today. i went and checked my status on the website and it said my order had been completed. i ordered another one minutes after the first and that one is still on preorder status. its wierd, i hope they send me the right thing!

I dont know if there is a thread started for this already but i was wondering if there was any info on the number of discboxes Radiohead is gonna put out. I wonder if they are just going to press them after they see how many people are preordering them.

the first one was after it sold out for the first time... there was a message on here that said theyre back up so i panicked and rushed and ordered one

alexisonfire did this with their last album... offered a special edition with a usb drive with videos, internet content and a few mp3's etc... dallas green did the same with his live album and they did super well here in canada. not sure if it was the same release in the us but people had no problem... they were priced at 27.99 and the regular cd was 17.99 or so.

Well if only us vinyl nerds know about this, their can be other extreme Brand New fans that don't know about this. im just hoping (well not really) that people come who really want this and are as pissed as i was the first time i saw it was sold out. they will be the ones who deserve it...

and to add to my rant... when that guy tries to sell his 12 copies on ebay they might go for 50 bucks each... if people buying them from there see 4 for sale at a time theyre not gonna bid anywhere near what they would have. i hope his box falls in a puddle! bad karma but whatever he deserves it!
