Thanks for the tip off on the colour vinyl, ordered a copy last night. Even the shipping to the UK was a reasonable $15.

Ah that's the 20th anniversary issue, didn't realise QRP pressed it Not full analogue and from what I have read on many forums an ok sounding album but not 'the one', shame since it was done by QRP.
Thanks to cedwhatev's suggestion I sent a message to all 15 owners of this LP on Discogs. Quite a few responded with thanks but no thanks, a couple emailed back and said it was by far the best sounding version and they would never sell their's and one replied back and offered to sell me his!. Fortunately the seller was in Norway too so I should have it tomorrow.

Yessss! Here's hoping for their whole discography.
me too, got an original pressing of this but would like to see the rest issued. Think this may be the first Aussie band on MOV, hopefully its the first of many,
-
Its cheaper from Amazon.de (255 Euros) especially when you factor in Poxmarkets ridiculous shipping charges.
-
I didn't know there was a QRP pressing, are you sure your not thinking of something else plarocks?
Oh yeah, I see what you mean. Last time I was looking for a rare album, I messaged each person that had it on Discogs and asked if they were interested in selling. That gives you 15 people for Superunknown, give it a try! I had quite a few responses when I did it.
Thanks, that such a good idea. Off to do it now

not this pressing unfortunately

i hope this reissue happens, I quite like this album. It has some great songs but haven't followed anything he did that follwed.

Got mine today. Artwork looks like an blown up image from the cd. Very pixelated. Wish they would have taken more care regarding packaging of this. Although thoroughly excited to own this, the packaging/inserts are flimsy/cheap. If it sounds good, all will be forgiven!
Edit: no inserts, just thin paper sleeves that I will 100% change as soon as I get home and clean this baby!
No reason in that case to think it will sound good, but I am waiting to hear your initial impressions. Blowing up a CD cover, fuck me how poor is that!

What is "What is..."?

OLI did this as a 2LP at 45rpm a few years back. I didn't think copys of that were too expensive, it sounds brilliant.
-
Loved their previous album Conditions of my parole. That was such a departure from earlier Puscifier albums that i don't know what we can even expect from this release. Would like to sample a song or two before PO.
-
Me too! Its a good deal if it happens
-
Thanks Matthew, that was great.

Great to hear. After I asked Tommy what I thought I noticed the album was mastered by Kevin Gray so I know its going to sound great. Amazing that such a great album has been done by Kevin
-
so hows it sound Tommy? I bought the green vinyl off Uk Amazon today
-
Please let us know how it sounds Serum, I only want it if the sound makes it worthwhile.
-
Thanks, I am in for this.

Probably $3,300 for the Classic Records Led Zeppelin 45rpm road case. I don't think I have spent more than that on a single LP (over the average for each LZ album)
-
Thanks for starting a thread on this. Never knew it got an RSD release and love this album. Snagged a copy

Hi,
I am looking for a near mint pressing of this reissue. Happy to pay $80 for a nice copy.
Thanks,

Thanks again for your suggestion of contacting people off Discogs. I have just spun my copy bought from a seller in Norway and it sounds outstanding. Three years or more of hunting has been worth it. This is the version to own if this album is one of your desert island discs.
I owe you a beer, shame you are in Canada. I will have to drink yours for you
