Is it just me, or did all their vinyl just disappear? All that's showing up are 6 turntables under the vinyl section. Did it move?

I listened to the first Toe album at 33 for months. Then I listened to the mp3s and was like "Wait, what the fuck?"
Had I not heard the album prior via mp3, I don't think I would have noticed lol.

I had an amusing and enlightening journey last night. Long story short, I did not realize 12" LPs could be 45 RPMs. I had been under the impression that all 12" were 33 1/3 RPMs.
Anyone else have any similar vinyl "DOH!" moments to share?

I liked Made Up Mind better than Revelator, but you're right, the two of them make for some good listening. I might pick up the T-shirt bundle, not sure yet.

Travis can't help you out with some stuff like "Why no more vinylz at my HT?!?" but he does give a shit about people getting trashed records in the mail. If he sees your messages he will likely help.
Good to know. I got my other record from them today as well and although it came from the same distribution center in TN it came packaged totally different, this time sandwiched in between two pieces of cardboard taped together and put into a 14x2x14 box with no other packing material. Gladly though it was in good condition. Makes me wonder why they wouldn't have a standard way to ship vinyl.

I contacted them when I got Further Seems Forever from them completely smashed, and customer service didn't care. If you paid with a debit card you can return it in store if you haven't opened it, if you paid with paypal you will have to pay for return shipping back to them.
It seems all my orders from them late this year have been shipping with no extra inserts or bubble wrap, they used to pack to be the most secure records that I got from anyone.
Now I'm nervous, I'll find out soon.
Edit: Aside from a minor bend in one of the corners, everything else looks good. Mine did not have any other packing material either, straight into a cardboard mailer and sent out.

Wondering if anyone has some advice for me.......I received a copy of "Ignition" by The Offspring in the mail today that looks like it was run through a meat grinder. I was planning on giving this to someone as a Christmas gift. I e-mailed HT customer service and haven't heard back. Trying to get a replacement copy rushed. Is there anything I could do? Thanks.
Hmm, mine was delivered earlier this morning, will have to check on my lunch and see what it looks like. It took long enough to ship in the first place, I'm not sure if 'rush' is an option.

At the Grammy Musem event in October I asked Manson about represses and if he'd consider using the team that did the Pale Emperor (Bellman to cut them and Brian Lucey to remaster) he said when they revisit those albums next year (2016) he'd consider using those guys.
