i will also say that i just got a bigass box of cds media mail today that was mailed on december 8th.

what it boils down to here and in many other situations - if you aren't being a dick and ripping people off, just take a few seconds to check in and update buyers. i'm completely understanding if someone gets busy or something comes up and they can't ship when they should have. just communicate. my claim is filed but i'm really hoping to get these and drop the claim.

when i pm'd him on the 16th of this month, he replied and told me that they got sent out later than expected cus he was busy. but they should be arriving soon. which i can understand. but when i asked roughly when they were sent out he didn't reply at all. and it's been over a week since that so even media mail i'd assume would have gotten to one of us by now.

might wanna put this on amazon. i just sold one on there and made like ten bucks even after fees. sold within a few hours of listing.

guess i'll file a claim. right now. again. i'm really sick of this shit. seems like the same couple of us buy cds every time and get fucked over. i spent a good bit this time too and was really excited to finally have found some of them.

the thing with her though is if you look at the completely listings she is actually selling some of those records for at or near her asking prices.

i can keep an eye out. mine was torn in the corners and sold on ebay for like $200 anyways so definitely a good deal even with no box!

yeh the majority of these boxes i've seen are ripped at least in the corners so someone probably just threw it out.
