I had problems with RFC in the past and Jeff was delayed or absent in response. I only had one order issue that he didnt eventually fix. BUT My recent orders have gone without problem and i get regular email updates on my orders. I would say that he has really made strides in fixing past problems. His update emails are awesome. His response to specific emails still lacks but no one is perfect. Currently im waiting on the Transit LP order #1554. My Hostage Calm and Man Overboard lp's arrived as my update emails said they would. When my fireworks lp covers came all broken up Jeff sent out replacements. The only issue that never got fixed and i got alot of those "i am going to send it out" emails was my Title Fight "the last thing you forget" PO. So thats my total exp. with RFCR. Jeff i would suggest that you or whoever packs your orders pay more attention my was hardly secured and one of the Man Overboard covers was banged up. if the boxes are not sceure or packed right during shipping they slide around and get damaged. Also alternating the direction of the records keeps the spines of covers from cracking so easy. Other than that RFCr has def stepped it up IMO

I gotta bump this. Awesome job Jason. I got my order so fast and the vinyl looks and sounds awesome. I am so glad that The Forecast are off Victory. I love this record and i have been rocking the S/T in heavy rotation too. I hope the s/t makes it to wax soon.

On a positive note Jeff wrote me back and hopefully this crap gets worked out. I hate posting negative shit on message boards.....i was just so frustrated. but like i said Jeff wrote me back so fingers crossed that this all works out.

I got my fireworks lps today DAMAGED!!!! how do you send records that arent shrink wrapped without plastic or backing board? I am done with RFCR. Jeff wrote me back finally about the Title Fight 7" told me he was going to be sending me the correct 7"....no record as of yet. Now i have two damaged fireworks lps due to poor packing. I wrote an email out about the damaged records but what good will it do me? I am very patient and polite in my emails....from here on out i dont think i will ever order from RFCR's again. First order i was sent the wrong 7"...not fixed!!! Second order.....poorly packed records = damaged records!! Shame on me for giving second chances

I finally got my TF record and it wasnt the correct record and after emailing just about anyone or anything that had contact with that dude he told me he would send out the correct record that was a month+ ago........big surprise........nothing in my mailbox! who knows if i will get the fireworks lp
