  1. so yeah, i actually ordered these records and my copy of the ever passing moment came with the bottom corner of the jacket cut off. i haven't opened it yet but i sent 'em an e-mail about it so we'll see where that goes (which i'm guessing is nowhere)
  2. i didn't think i'd end up getting this album but i caved and bought it. i've never had an ataris album before, but i did see 'em once at a warped tour (shit, that was almost 9 years ago!) and i enjoyed myself
  3. i was wondering this myself, i just got my copy of enema today and was wondering how the hot topic version sounds in comparison
  4. in November of 2000 i placed an interpunk order for NOFX- pump up the valiuum, Groovie Ghoulies- Planet Brian Jones, and Green Day- Minority. this was before i even had a record player, i asked my parents for a stereo with one for x-mas and knew i was getting one so i ordered these records and then my next order was for MTX- Road to Ruin, Squirtgun- Jingle Bell Rock, and Lillingtons- I Lost My Marbles. interpunk also sent me a free Nooner/Houseboy 7" with one of those orders
  5. awesome, i should definitely pick this up on vinyl seeing as how it's my favorite riverdales album. maybe i'll even get a repress of the self-titled, they remastered it for the CD repress, right? i don't like the sound of the original version at all
  6. yeah, i'm in the same boat, didn't VC sent out their 2nd pressing copies almost a month ago?
  7. looks like Feb will be awesome! i bet the queers reissues won't be too far behind. and shit, new riverdales in may? fuck yeah!
  8. yeah, i'm still waiting on the queers and weasel reissues that were supposed to come out back then!
  9. could you order them on a separate order and then email them saying to remove those records from the previous order? on a semi-related note, has anyone who has tried to email Karl received a response? I've emailed him twice about my skipping Bad Religion record and haven't heard back (it's only been a few days, but he's posted on here since then) he's actually been very good about getting back to me. he even sent me an e-mail out the other day about the status of my new records, he said they were getting shipped out this week because last week the warehouse was pretty hectic
  10. i picked up a few things, i'm excited about finally getting Dear You on vinyl. i missed out on OWTH All Things Move Towards Their End (that's fine though, i already have all the 7"s on it) and i missed out on a D4 record (which is also ok 'cause that one wasn't for me anyways)
  11. Do you have jungle fever? nah, i just figured that for the records that were either black or white it didn't make a difference to me, i didn't think it'd be fair to take a "colored" one from someone when i don't care about which one i get haha. and as for the Alkaline Trio one, i'm assuming it's on clear red and clear green, and i already have a ton of other records like that and i'm not a huge fan of clear ones
  12. Just ordered: (all on black except for the 7") NOFX- Heavy Petting Zoo Alkaline Trio- The Addiction Descendents- Everything Sucks Rancid- And Out Come The Wolves Bad Religion- 7"
  13. as for colored vinyl i own my oldest stuff is probably from Lookout Records. i have MTX Love is Dead on Blue and then i have a couple Groovie Ghoulies albums on colored vinyl (pink and green ones, i dunno if they're 1st pressing ones though) i also have a couple replacements albums on colored vinyl, but i mail ordered them directly from Twin/Tone like 2 years ago, and i highly doubt they're originials as well
  14. damn those are some good deals but i already have everything on that list that i'd want. the hot topic near me has nothing really for vinyl. i was there last week for the first time in years and for vinyl they just had no doubt and a couple other ones i can't remember. it's such a small store that there's barely any room to walk around and the people who shop there are just really annoying
  15. Email me, then. We can either refund or swap out, depending on the situation. I only had a handful of people hit me up after posting and practically begging people to email me, so the offer is still out there. sweet, whats your e-mail address? or should i just shoot you a PM on here?
  16. damn, i already spent my $5 gift card. oh well. and yeah, i have 2 of those NOFX represses and was pretty bummed when i first played 'em
  17. We have the second pressing ready to ship, but won't start sending those out until the first week of January. I had to focus on getting the 1st pressing shipped, and we'll be close for the holiday Thursday-Sunday. cool, thanks.
  18. considering the release date is not till the new year i would say no. i know, i was thinking that but i remember him saying that the 2nd pressing came in already, and i think virgil said that the VC copies were being shipped to them already and i think those were all 2nd pressing copies, so i thought maybe there was a chance that some other 2nd pressing ones were sent out
  19. yeah, that's a great record. the "... has anxiety song"s are my favorites. my band just played with them on Friday, they always put on a great show. also, it's great to see people lovin the vindictives! i gotta give my "Nuthin' for christmas" 7" a spin this week
  20. Have you ever seen them live? It's pretty obvious that it's re-tracked. And one of my professors worked in the studio they re-tracked in. Reliable source. i believe it, they're pretty awful live. i just listened to the song samples on amazon and maybe it was my mind playing tricks on me, but it seemed like there were 2 different rhythm tracks panned left and right and then a few of the leads were panned in the center. i wasn't listening on headphones though. anyways, i never got this album back in the day, i gave up on blink back in 01 or so (i've gotten back into 'em though) but i'd consider getting this on vinyl. hell they should just do a 7" of Man Overboard, that's really the only reason i'd want the record
  21. i'd have to disagree, i sold my copy of buddah (maybe i even just gave it away, i dunno) back in 01 or 02 and i got another copy a couple months ago and i don't think it held up at all
  22. i've got Bent Outta Shape- Stray Dog Town on vinyl and i'm never getting rid of it. best record ever.
