mine hasn't shipped yet, it doesn't say anything about any of the items being out of stock either. i got records from Die Kruezen, Waylon Jennings, The Unseen, and The Nighthawks

ordered this morning and already got a shipping confirmation e-mail. fuck MTS haha

haha i posted a link to this on the MTS facebook and they deleted it, good to see someone else posted it too... i guess it doesn't matter though now that it's sold out haha

yup, i just got a refund too, i asked for one a month ago yesterday haha. oh well, i'll just order the hot topic one and then buy the MTS 7"s on the next pressing. which i think i'd rather have anyways instead of cramming everything into one jacket i'm sure the foreword will be posted online by someone and i'm sure the "free record" will be a joke anyways

i sent a follow up e-mail yesterday about the revised release date and he got back to me today saying that RJ is making another statement tomorrow and he can't say anything until then

yeah, he sent me an e-mail after i bitched on facebook about not getting a refund. i told him i really wanted the record but i was sick of waiting and i asked for a ball park release date and he said he'd have one within a few days and i told him i'd wait to hear the date before i decide on the refund. he seemed really nice in the e-mails, i'm glad someone's finally getting on this

i guess this is a good way for them to get rid of all those screeching weasel lps

if he won't repress death by television on vinyl (which would easily sell at least 500 copies 'cause it's an amazing album), then i wouldn't get your hopes up for this one

it's been 2 weeks since i put in my refund request... nothing. at this point i'm wondering if they'll ship out my order before they return my email

yeah, i'm still not too impressed with this "update". like i said before, i sent a refund request last week and still didn't get it, so i'm wondering if they'll keep their word and actually respond to all those e-mails over the next few days. i want this record but i feel safer with the money until it actually comes out, then i'll re-order 'cause i don't really care about the bonuses... i used my half off code already, i'm sure the foreward will be posted online, and i don't even know what blink stuff is left to even press as a bonus

so on the 12th i sent an e-mail to dan saying i was worried about my money and to please give an update... no response on the 15th i sent an e-mail to RJ and Dan asking for a refund. no response. at this point i feel like i've lost $40

yeah, thats why we need a pressing of Seedy, or at least all the material on it, possibly under a different name. i understand it's a bootleg that the band and lookout had nothing to do with. this exists. i was at a record store a couple weeks ago and found a bootleg called "the rare shit" and i think side B was the Seedy CD, i'm sure you'll be able to find it on ebay
