i have this one too and have tried asking the same question and still have no answers. if this helps clarify anything though i bought mine spring/summer 03, so right after it came out.

only listened to it once, but i was digging it. really subtle, different stuff they have going on in this record.

those don't look anything how i thought they would haha. i'm glad i could finally see a photo of these though, will def order one next paycheck i get. and yeah, this album is awesome and in my opinion a true return to form. he's going back to the suicide medicine sound and that's great, because that whole country western urban cowboy bullshit is cliche as hell and totally not honest to his actual style, which i think this record does a great job reflecting.

so pissed that i bought 4 copies and got all white. oh well.

this would also be cause for lynch mob.
