Michael Davis of The MC5 has been confirmed dead of liver disease. This is a huge bummer. Toby mentioned on the Twitter that the polybags didn't fit when the 7" came in. Teaser 7" w/ 2 songs off the LP is kinda weak sauce, but whatever i guess. I never saw the point of "teaser" 7 inches. i guess i shoulda paid more attn before ordering. It would be a different story if the album didn't leak so early.

My macbook had terrible wifi speeds anywhere except for the Apple store, so of course when I went to get it fixed under warrantee they refused to do anything about it. I did the whole "let me talk to your manager" thing until I reached the top of the chain at that given store. I ended up just emailing [email protected] and CC'ing the specific store's email address citing that they were trying to shut me up until my warrantee expired in a few weeks. I highly doubt Steve Jobs read my email, or would have cared if he did, but it got the store moving and they replaced my logicboard for free. Five years later and I'm still using the same laptop with no further repairs.
