  1. My girlfriend ordered a couple of the Polaris prints from them and it took forever to get them. Once she called they realized that they never even sent it out, and one was already sold out. They rushed the shipping on the replacement print and it came bent as shit (and it only went 30 KMs). It took weeks of calls and emails (most of which were met with broken promises on their end) but she finally got the one she paid for in good condition along with a refund. Moral of the story: call them until they finally answer your questions.
  2. I can't tell because I'm on my phone. Are they taking orders yet?
  3. Thanks for the feedback guys. Hopefully you're still happy when you see the final product. If anyone is going to be at the Young Governor show in Toronto tonight, come say hi. I'll be selling these and other assorted goodies at the merch table.
  4. These are moving fast only about 50 left at last count.
  5. Thanks a bunch man. All the orders today (and there's a lot of them) will be going out on Friday I think.
  6. I just added two new releases to the Hosehead webstore: Young Governor "The First 3/Live On A Boat" and Mark It Zero "Six Degrees Of Separation". I only have 13 copies of the Mark It Zero full length to sell and this pressing is the only physical copies of that album available. The band will have 25 of their own to sell at shows/to friends. Young Governor's tape is limited to 150 copies. 50 will be sold by Ben at shows and I have 100 to sell myself. This tape collects Young Governor's first three 7"s (Virginia Creeper, English Tim and Call Me When The Cat Dies) along with a live set that The Guv And The Skuzz Band recorded on a bruise cruise on Lake Ontario during NXNE. Don't forget all orders come with free stickers and other assorted goodies. http://hoseheadrecords.bigcartel.com/
  7. Did you take a photo before breaking it all up?
  8. Sounds like you just volunteered yourself to do it! John-Michael Bond, Juan Diniz and I all run The 1st Five. We're a e-zine/website/blog/whatchacallsit that writes about any genre we happen to be a fan of, which turns out to be a lot. 10. If it's the same Topper's as the one in Canada, it's pretty good, but definitely overpriced. I prefer Gino's as far as big chains go, but my town has some untouchable locally owned places.
  11. Shit, really? News to me. I'll take the price down after work today.
  12. At one point I had a complete Gaslight Anthem collection. To be fair it was only three colours of Sink Or Swim at that point, black, white/red and Euro blue. Once Senor came out I called it quits because I knew I was never getting that white copy. Now I realize I don't give a shit what colour my records are on. I only purposely own more than one copy of any records: The Ergs! - Dorkrockcorkrod. I have the first and second pressing of that one, and anything more is an accident.
  13. The Beat Noir/Ascetic Parade split 7" has been available for a couple months now, but up until now it hasn't had art. We (Beat Noir) printed up 100 full colour sleeves and I've added them to the Hosehead Records webstore. Pick up the 7" here: www.hoseheadrecords.bigcartel.com Download the Beat Noir side here for free: http://beatnoirpunkrock.bandcamp.com/ Download the first Beat Noir EP here for free: http://deathtofalsehoperecords.com/downloads/dtfh024.html
