well, like i said a few posts up, Drinking with Jocks and Osama stand out on the front.  The other three are good.  Everything on side b is very good.  it's a very personal album, more so than any other AG album, obviously. Musically, it's in line with past AG.  The songs are shorter and sometimes I feel like the songs end abruptly.  i've said this before, i'm horrible at writing about music.

 

can't wait to buy the redux with 8 b sides.

they must have changed the odds on the game, i just got the Yeti.  so i won two today after getting nothing for five or six days.

holy cow, i finally got Mr. Plow.  i must have spun 15 times and only got cash or cards.  i still need Helter Shelter, Claus Co, and Plow King (although i probably won't be able to use him because i don't have the bowling alley.)

i'm darn close to going to the Athens show.

took my 9 year old to see it today.  we just watched the Hobbit Unexpected earlier this week with him.  On the way home he asked if I have the LOTR dvds.  He then asked to watch them, I told him they were 10 hours long, he said well that will take a couple days.

 

now i have to decide if i should make him wait to see Back Again before I let him watch the LOTR.  he is somewhat lucky to be able to watch them OG Hobbit to LOTR.

Blue arrived this morning.  I got worried for a second after opening because the insert still lists Slow Motion as "instrumental" but it isn't actually.  Wish this would have been a gatefold.

the demos kinda got on my nerves because of the constant wood block, but i love the fact that they gave them out.
