i went to see green day/get up kids at the bronco bowl in dallas sometime around the release of the Warning album with 3 other friends from high school. we had balcony seats, but easily snuck our way to the floor by borrowing a ticket from someone already down there, and then one by one sharing the same ticket to trick security into letting is down there. shortly there after, we purchased a joint from a guy in the crowd who was selling them for $5 each. we gathered around with about 4 other people from the crowd and we all only got maybe 2 or 3 hits each. about 20 minutes later one of the three said friends starts exclaiming that he can only see in black and white, and he was continually rolling his eyes in the back of his head and wobbling around barely keeping his balance. my high was pretty heavy myself, but nothing like he was describing. we eventually had to unsneak our way out of the pit and back to our seats to sit down. talked to the dude that sold us the j after the show and he admits they were all laced with coke and dipped in some kind of chemical (i aint no scientist). i saved the roach and smoked it the next day. sherm stick!

that's interesting because you rarely see one with the bag. i've seen the halloween 7" in reckless a few times for between 40-50 bones and really considered it. i dunno if i would have paid 30 bucks extra for the bag though lol

I've got a couple friends with stories about pulling awesome stuff out of vintage vinyl.... but i've never once pulled anything good out of there. I guess I've just got bad luck with that joint.

Ha! The plot thickens.... From ebay: Hi, We let the seller know the item wasn't as described. The seller offered you a partial refund of $12.00. I'm very tempted to just take that and be done with that matter. I can deal with losin 4 bucks. It's hilarious that his first offer was 8 bucks and now that I filed a claim he's uping it 12. He must have known the record was broken and was just hoping I wouldn't open it and just throw it on a shelf. Beautiful.

should i proceed through paypal or through ebay? if through ebay... do i go through the buyer protection page? i've seriously never dealt with anything like this before. sorry i'm a totally n00b.

What do I do now? I have honestly never dealt with a bad seller via ebay. Here's the in's and out's of the story: I paid $16 for the record. It arrived and instead of being in a mailer it was sent to me.... in the most elborate/idiotic way possible. The record itself was placed between two pieces of cardboard and then a metric ton of packing tape was wrapped around the cardboard. From here, the record was then shoved into a big manilla envelope. It took me like 20 minutes to cut through all the tape holding this beast together. Anyway, I pull the record out and the bottom 1/4 of the record is cracked... it's not separated from the rest of the record... it's just sort of flapping around. Now here's my issue with the whole deal. The fucking thing was wrapped up super tight in this carboad.... so it didn't appear that it was bent at any time during shipment. Also, the sleeve didn't display any wear whatsoever. This leads me to believe that the evil motherfucker KNEW it was broken before he shipped it. I contacted him... courteously.... and was like, how shall we proceed from here. He told me to take a pic and he'd refund me half my money. Is there any way I can get a full refund out of this guy? Should I just be happy with my 8 bucks? What do I do from here?

just scored a copy of the 10" from ebay, probably my favorite Thou release i was watchin that... came close to bidding. hopefully the cover wear isn't to bad. that guy wanted alot for shipping. did you get his copy of tyrant as well?
