I'd rather sleep in with my wife and child and enjoy a Saturday morning not sleeping in my car at 4 after work (I get off at 5pm, not am, but good on ya), waking up at 7, and buying tickets.  But hey, that's just old me talking.  Good job, young you.  Well done.

I realize this is a smart ass response, and stoked for those that got tickets.  I considered it, but these days doing that to see NIN makes no sense to me at the prices they're charging.  I would have done it in 1994-95, though.

Yea I agree 100%.  love the band, but not enough to spend $250 for a GA or $100 for a nose bleed.  Would rather save my money and day spent getting tixs.  Judging from the feedback I see on their fb and ig, their plan backfired and fans are pissed

  2. My friend got to the NYC line at 8am and said it was a mod.  She waited and got tickets at 4pm in a shit sit.  Seems like a waste of a day to me.  Heard it was terrible organization. Pretty happy I stayed away.  And the prices were insane.  $250 for orchestra.  LOL thats insane.  I paid $100 to see them at Webster Hall last summer to a 1000 people cap and was 3 feet from Reznor.

I'm really surprised more people don't value their time/sleep over paying up for something on ebay/discogs at this point. especially since most RSD things come down after a few weeks on the aftermarket.

im with this 100%.   ive slept in the last 3 RSDs and dont give a crap.  it lost all its allure.  I used to camp out at 8pm for 12 hours, but just not worth it anymore.  especially since I feel a lot of the demand has gone down.  I got everything I wanted last year online for maybe $50 more.  ill take sleep over that

Yo. So @knifeparty normally puts the Rumble pool together. Looks like he hasn't signed in in a few months. I'm totally willing to put it together this year, if the interest is there.

I believe that we normally do a $15 buy in for 2 spots in the 30-man rumble. Do we wanna do $20 total for 2 spots in both the men's and women's Rumble this year? Or keep it at $15 for each Rumble, so $30 total? We normally only drum up about 15 participants, so that's why I'm guessing 2 spots for each Rumble.

We'll follow the classic rules. Every participant gets 1 spot in entrants 1-15 and 1 spot in entrants 16-30. It will be randomized, of course. Winner take all. One winner for men's and one winner for women's. What do we think?

I'm down for whatever.  I would suggest 15 people @ $20 each.  So basically $10 per rumble.  Each match is winner takes home $150.

  5. havent watched a minute of WWE since summer, but def tuning in Monday for 25th anniversary Raw.  should be interesting.  ALSO, if anyone is setting up a Royal Rumble pool (male and/ or female) I want in for sure.  shoot me a message.  can PayPal or Venmo immediately.  Would even make more than one purchase if not enough people interested

I checked reddit (ugh) and some people are saying they've received their cards that they bought on Christmas day. Mine "shipped" on the 23rd.

With the lowered price and the huge influx of orders they got for the holidays I didn't expect it until late last week, but the "You should have received your card by now, please activate it" with a broken "I didn't" link worries me. I'm not gonna panic yet, but with their nonexistent customer service I'm not NOT a bit anxious.

I was really hoping to see The Disaster Artist, but that was down to one showing a day last week so I'm sure it's gone now.

such a good movie.  i feel like it may head back into more theatres with its recent win and oscars coming up.  Also, its slated for DVD in only 2 months.

  7. so im starting to rethink the evil with in 2.  I couldn't stand it until last night.  8 hours and 8 levels in and im finding myself glued to it.  sure the story and dialog are crap, but once I got the hang of everything its not too bad.  I guess im just used to only playing 1st person shooters.  walk around, shot stuff, done.

How's Prey and Bioshock collection?  I have both of them too and will start after TEWI2
