  1. having released the original all at once and then hearing the new version, i dont hear that much of a difference...perhaps i am not concentrating enough. am i missing something that you guys hear?
  2. the hopesfall was pressed at united and ironically its a standard weight 130g record. i dont know why it feels heavier than other records. the record has been sold out for some time, it must have either been sold by a person that works at lumberjack or they happened to have one left over (or possibly get a return in) i saw one at a store recently for $13 or $14 which i purchased for that cat who's name is like riddle350 on the board (first name is josh; board name is something like that, i am too lazy to look it up) and it turns out it was sealed and when he opened it..... BLUE VINYL
  3. yes it will be the re-released version plus a bonus track.
  4. I am very excited to announce that One Day Savior (alongside my good friends at Cavity Records) will be releasing Paulson's "All At Once" on 2xLP. Originally released on CD by ODS and later re-released on Doghouse, Paulson's "All At Once" is one of those records that in my opinion needs to be on vinyl. The album is currently scheduled for an April release.
  5. vs. the image above is one i received from a designer like 5 years ago. not that i care, i never used it. i just think its funny how designers reuse things. i wonder if we used the same guy!? sorry for the random topic, i just happened to find this today and thought it was kinda funny.
  6. No offense but I wouldnt put it past Ed either though. Having worked with him years ago he pressed god knows how many of my bands first ep and claimed that everything was the from the same press and never repressed. meanwhile the second pressing had photocopied inserts and the printing quality of the jackets was absolutely awful. regardless, the actual labels on the test make me wonder about the authenticity of the PTW as well.
  7. my apologies. i now opened all the auctions up to non paypal users. i didnt realize that it was doing that.
  8. The test presses of No Wings To Speak Of arived today and sound amazing. Shouldnt be too long now. I have a new website coming in the next few days, once that launches the preorders will be posted as well. Dont forget that there will be 2 test pressings with limited covers given away at random to 2 people. In other news, I am attempting to raise some extra capital to release the record. I have a bunch of things posted on eBay now including a test pressing of HOPESFALL's "The Satellite Years" which is limited to 5 copies and released back in 2002. A few more test pressings and other random One Day Savior items as well as some items from my personal collection will be finding their way on eBay this week as well. Have a look: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZthewatermarkhigh
  9. Zao/Outcast "The Tie That Binds" 7" (Steadfast) Back Cover Band Picture from Booklet Insert 1st Vocalist Erik Reeder Enjoy!
  10. i will take a pic of it tonight at some point. give me a few hours.
  11. there is also a split 7" with outcast called "the tie that binds' which was released by steadfast. i dont recall if either the split with outcast or through & through features the very first singer erik (i think that was his name) who never recorded anything else with the band. i have all the zao vinyl (lp & both 7"s, i dont believe the training split was ever pressed on vinyl format) I would love to release "where blood & fire" on lp but i am not so sure if Tooth & Nail would be willing to license it off. its on my list of records to inquire about, well that and the 7 Angels lp. just trying to get this hopesfall ep out first!
  12. honestly i am not looking to get rid of it, its part of my personal collection with all the other test presses of records I released over the years.
  13. the reason we did not include the quotes was simply because we were not sure if the plant wouldnt press it because of the IPR. Since we did not have the clearance for the quotes that are used on the CD, we did not want to chance it since United is pretty strict. When we originally mastered the CD we created 2 versions (one with/one without) in case we eventually had a problem and for radio use.
