I agree with you on the paypal shipping. I had some cat hit me with a paypal claim 7 days after the auction ended and i couldnt ship it using paypal as delivery confirmation to him, plus they hold the funds as soon as the claim hits. annoying. lately i am finding people jumping the gun wayyy to much. 7 days or even 10 days is just stupid.

how much was that movielife record in the ods store? $50 or $75?

interesting...i was just under the impression they were some huge band. its funny because back in the day when i would ask kids about these guys no one had a clue who they were. i think evr were paid to release the 7" for exposure in the states and an upcoming tour. i could be wrong but i remember hearing that too

when i met steve from evr i asked him the same thing about the band. he said that they had actually come over and played some us shows and were absolutely awesome. he actually debated on licensing the east/west full length. i have the east/west cd, evr cd/7" & the armed with anger 7". In my opinion the evr stuff is the best work they ever did. i also had a friend who went to the uk on vacation and said that he saw their videos so for all the uk kids, perhaps these guys were big at one time? I like conversations like this. i love these old bands!

i was always trying to track down the unionsuit demo (on hydrahead, aaron from isis & poorman from shyness clinic, hot rod circuit) I missed two on ebay which went for somewhere around $60 a few years back. since then i never saw it resurface. just managed to buy a copy of dan from second nature. it almost makes me want to quit record collecting. hehe

i shared a merch table with the label that put these out way back when. lets just say there were a decent amount and no one was buying them then.

i would like to see fallen stars collection. i do believe they have a 7" and 10" released on vinyl to date.

i would like to get around $75 for both so whatever that breaks down to individually would right on for me.

I have 2 extra copies of this in my collection. I have one extra clear copy (out of 100) and one extra blue marble copy (out of 200 or so) I managed to track down a pretty serious want (Unionsuit demo) and its gonna cost me some bucks. With xmas being right around the corner, I dont want to shell out cash to buy this so I am willing to part with these. Make me offers but I am not going to lie, I probably am looking for something close to ebay prices. Both are in amazing condition, never been played, just stored away. I would like to sell this within the US unless you foreigners dont mind covering the shipping. Thanks guys!

actually after all was said and done when doing a 10" (1000 records with vinyl pressed at erika 2 colors, dorado full color jackets & full color insert from imprint) i realized i could have done a 12" for close to half the cost. still i am glad i did it, but all in all those things are expensive

imprint will run through dorado, though expensive, the quality is awesome.

i have it on clear and never listened to it. it came as part of a trade that i did one time. anyone wanna trade?

i just found this thread. actually its going to come out but i have just way to much going on with my personal life and day job to give it my best. i am hoping by the end of the summer to have the project back up and running. it will make a nice xmas gift for your loved ones. sorry.

So after many months of being swamped with my day job and numerous artwork ideas that have failed (miserably) I decided that I just dont have enough time to take on this project. Their are 8 Hopesfall test pressing all of which are meant to have a handmade jacket. I have kicked around several ideas, had different parts made and NOTHING has come out the way that I have wanted it to. Along with that I am just way to busy to actually start from scratch and I am calling for some outside help here. Artists/screen printers, now is your chance to jump in. As I mentioned I have 8, all are spoken for except 1 copy, which would essentially be yours. All the materials will be paid for + a small fee so anyone that is interested in the job send me an email along with your ideas and any past material you have designed/printed. sorry guys, the movielife/ex number five test pressings are now gone. i had 2 copies, both of which sold. currently the only tests in the store are embodyment & hopesfall, both which are featured on the front page. thanks for all the feedback guys. its been great so far and it appears that everything is fully functional. as for why the different url, the store is actually handled by a third party (i am leveraging their cart, ordering system, and template) by doing so they have to register a url for the store which they would keep after the store goes down.

there was never a skycamefalling pressing if you read the notes. unfortunately for some reason i dropped the ball on that release and when i tried to get things up and running again, the artwork i had from jake bannon was no longer functional. as for the paulson, its similar artwork, just tweaked quite a bit. its pretty cool looking if you ask me but then again i tired of seeing the old artwork.

paulson is in production now. cavity is handling most of the dealings with the plant though. the record was delayed because the band wanted new artwork (rather than reuse the old stuff AGAIN) so I believe its being officially released in early June. I should get copies around mid-April i think.
