  1. Wonder if this is true. http://www.crazedhits.com/gaslight-anthem-sign-to-mercury/
  2. I'm frankly happy that it's not getting a lot of attention. I think the overwhelming majority of the protestors are uninformed nitwits who couldn't actually have an intelligent discussion about what they're actually protesting and how it should be remedied. These mongos remind me of a conversation I overheard my Freshman year in college: Dirty Hippy #1: Hey man, what are you doing this weekend? Dirty Hippy #2: I'm heading down to DC to protest the WTO. Dirty Hippy #1: Awesome . . . What's the WTO? Dirty Hippy#2: Um . . . I'm not really sure but it's wicked bad.
  3. If this is limited to 500, how do three places claim to have 250 copies? http://www.greenhell.de/katalog/punk/detail_61266.html?page=1&searchstring=revival%20tour&bezeichnung=band_album&searchmediatype=-1&listcount=15 http://kingsroadmerch.com/chuck-ragan/view/?id=2639&cid=960 http://www.flight13.com/details/96386/v-a-revival-tour-2011
  4. The show was great. Seeing the Suicide Machines was a nice flashback to high school. H20 sounded pretty tight. The Descendents fucking rocked the place. Here's a shirt I picked up: Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  5. Damn. That is way out of whack with what this usually sells for http://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch.p....umbs=&currsel=
  6. I've mailed T-Shirts for under $2.00 via first class mail.
  7. Here's a print for this Friday's Descendents show at Roseland. Tix still available. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g229/patatfat/Descendents1.jpg
  8. I don't think he mentioned elements of thermite in the WTC or that bombs were hidden in the Indian Ocean before the 2004 tsunami. I think hes just saying that in the time of chaos possible insurance fraud was committed. Nobody died in a mass scale disaster here and insurance fraud happens everyday...especially when it comes to torching an empty business. +1
  9. Yup. But instread of a 3,000 capacity venue this place holds 180.
  10. Green Hell is getting all 250 copies of this particular variant. I'm not sure how many other variants there will be. I do know that Chuck's online store will be selling copies (not sure what variant) once the tour ends.
  11. El Jefe has a few up in his online store now for $30 ppd. http://eljefedesign.com/store/thc_nyc.html
  12. Banquet just listed black variant by Cargo Records Germany. No pressing info though. http://www.banquetrecords.com/CG50534
  13. Should be a good show at Bowery Electric. Below is the link for tickets to the 11/17 show (there's also a show the night before) Mats City: A Tribute Concert to The Replacements Feat. Brian Fallon, Charlie Mars, Danny Sage, Dave Hause, Don DiLego, Jesse Malin, Johnny T., Alejandro Escovedo, Matt Pinfield, Matt Romano, Matthew Ryan, Nicole Atkins, Steve Wynn, Ted Leo, Tommy Ramone, Todd Youth, Walter Lure, Willie Nile, & MANY MORE SPECIAL GUESTS TO BE ANNOUNCED IN THE WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE SHOW. http://www.ticketweb.com/t3/sale/SaleEventDetail?dispatch=loadSelectionData&eventId=3938705
  14. I totally get that this is subjective but I have such a hard time understanding why people think How I Spent My Summer Vacation is anywhere near was good as the rest of their catalogue. To me, it's an average pop punk record with a few above-average standouts. For the record, although I've been into the Souls since their first record, I am not some old bastard who thinks the old stuff is naturally better than the new stuff. I think Maniacal Laughter and Anchors Aweigh are on par with each other in terms of excellence.
  15. How much was the poster? I wanna know what you thought of the show! $15
  16. The Euro red matrix was posted on dimestoresaints. It is indeed different from the US red matrix. http://thegaslightanthem.bigforumpro.com/t3450-elsie-variants-for-nerdy-folk
  17. The latest from Gaslight forum dime store saints: "SideOneDummy seem to have updated the vinyl info on their Elsie LP store page, as the Euro pressings are now mentioned (and the balck is again at 1,300). I have amended my IOP accordingly. Hopefully that's it now. http://store.sideonedummy.com/the-horrible-crowes-elsie-on-lp-pre-order.html "
  18. The pressing info I posted earlier was from a moderator of the dimestoresaints forum. He received his information directly from SideOne.
  19. The black is NOT the same number as the red. The red is more limited.
