New album kicks ass. More mature the the debut but I can not stop listen to it. Waiting for the LP.

Bought this lp few years ago for 105 usd. I do not think right now I would be able to sell it and get same money.

This might be a bomb. Waiting!

I've won The Jazz June "The Medicine" test press. I can not believe it.

OMG this is great. The Classic Records test is just a boot. This one is worth a fortune.

Hahaha. You better get this LP before it's gone. Everybody won't some.

 

This compilation is great. All the covers are really nice, some very fresh. The only "black sheep" Is Circa Survive which in my opinion sounds like some stupid college rock. Their cover is banana sweet shit. Kylesa sounds very original, like True Widow. Cave In and Torche played safe but with such great songs you can not go wrong. Boris killed me, so did Pygmy Lush. Even Nothing (I really do not like this band) really made it perfect. I'm impressed.

Sold out! That's a surprise. So many peops into pv? Nice to know.

Seen TAAS twice. Once in Haarlem (Holland) on Easter Sunday. It was after the "Easter" LP. That was the craziest show I've ever seen (well maybe Cursed was on the same level). Second time in Berlin (Germany) on "Tail..." tour. It was much more mature but still perfect.

And regarding the dream I hate to spoil the fun but last time I talked with Brian he told me there is no chance for reunion. And he was very serious about it.

I was disappointed by Relapse lately. My Today Is The Day had a terribly bumped corner. Their response was that they do not have spare sleeves (no shit!). I've bought next copy of this LP from Deathwish.

Rough estimation: 90% of my collection is the first press releases, 7% are test presses, 2% are some tour presses/special presses. The last 1% goes for represses. Why first presses? I do not know cause the answer for this one is probably in my limbic brain which does not understand words. But I love first presses. It's like a first wife - sure you can always have the second one. But why if the first one is perfect.

Yet another ass kicking record from Boston. Death Injection is still spinning on the plate and now Spirits wait in line. Clear LP is coming up next. What a great times for SXE.

Unfortunately I won't be able to see you in Poland. Have a great tour.

I never buy bootlegs. I have two in my collection Tool "Salival" boot lp which was a gift and Smashing Pumpkins "Mellon..." boot on yellow lp which I bought years ago being unaware it's a bootleg. And to be frank I find bootlegs as a rip off and easy money people are getting from someones work. Lets be clear, whoever released last Pearl Jam boots has made hell lot of cash.

That would be a damn pity. One of the coolest label around.

Nice for eyes, poor for ears.

I still find "Meanderthal" their best release, but "Restarter" is really good. Sound is heavy and intense, track differs and I love how the drums play. It's worth what I've paid. I'm happy.

Great vid. I love how the deluxe version looks. But I will not buy it as the music on it, is way below average for me. Just another generic indie album. Pity cause I would really like to own such a gem.

Correct anti-skate, check the recommended needle weight (best to do it is a digital pocket scale). If those are okay it might me just the record itself. If the mastering is done poorly shit like this can happen. There are some phisical limits of the vinyl record and the move of needle. Not everyone understands this.
