the glassjaw forums have karma too but they call it reputation. they take it wayyyyy too seriously on there and throw tantrums about it in threads and actually report some people who negative them to the mods. they have it set up so you can see everyone who changes your reputation, positive or negative. it also lets the person making a change to another user's reputation the ability to leave a reason why.

would love to see the Gratitude full length get pressed. doubt it will ever happen though becuase it's on Atlantic.

the Rockies said they have no interest in Montero. or at least as a center piece for a trade. so the Yanks can't build a trade around him for Jimenez. but the Rockies would probably take him in a big package deal that included him. Montero's value is not as high as it was last year or two years ago and Brackman's value is going the same route. their value is hurt by sub par seasons this year in the minors. personally i don't see trading Nova as a total loss and I want Nunez gone. a lot of teams are interested in Nunez even though he can't field, throw or even catch a simple relay throw.

interpunk still doesnt have the album up for pre-order on vinyl yet, just the CD.

looking for the Larry And His Flask 7" on whiskey and gin colored vinyl. missed out on that pressing and i'm hoping someone here has either of those two colors and is willing to sell preferably, or i would cosnider trading for it.

can anyone who picked up a red copy post a better/bigger pic of the cover? or is anyone who picked up a red and black be able to do a side by side comparison? from the pics on ebay the color of the lettering on the cover for the red copies looks exactly the same as the cover for the black copies. if there is a difference between the covers it looks negligible.

so has anyone confronted this dude via the ap forum about the status of this release yet? I was going to press it(spoke to ace via email) about a week before this dude came around and then all of a sudden he throws up a pre order when ace was "in the process" of figuring what he wanted to do. That being said, I did not pre order it cause it seemed shady to me therefore i am very curious how this is all going to play out. people have definitely confronted him over on ap.net but it seems he brushes off all the criticism and complaints by saying i don't care, i can do whatever i want. i made a comment over there when this was first announced basically saying $30 is too much, which quite a few people agreed with. so he went ahead and reported me for bullying, and the mods sent me a PM saying something along the lines of don't make negative comments towards someone who is releasing music and giving back to the community, and gave me some infraction points too. whatever those are. it also seems like he has a lot of weight over there too because i know there were a few comments/complaints directed at him that were curiously deleted, even one of my posts quoting the initial comment were removed. i think two different threads were made asking for updates on this record, which eventually turned into people bitching, and those threads were first locked and then deleted. it's funny because i'm pretty sure he doesn't have an account here just so he doesnt have to deal with more negative criticism, even though it might help him sell some records. i really wish you could have pressed this album ETR because you would have done a much better job of handling all aspects of it.

it's actually the third press they've done. at this point i would expect a 4th press of enema before toypaj comes out because he said not too long ago that he just got the licensing rights all wrapped up.

people need to make fake accounts, bid on his auctions and then never pay. he has quite a few up right now.

this morning he had no auctions listed but now he put some back up. less than an hour ago based on how much time is left on them, 2 days 23 hours. what a huge tool.

they do acutally. But it takes a few day/weeks or whatever to usually catch on and delete the profile. Just another heads up. Not sure if its him or not but it really seems like him. Definitely not sure if its him, but if it is I would say bid his things up like crazy and dont pay. give him a dose of his own medicine. user: gemalinafigueroataylor5 a few hours after outing this account he removed all of his auctions. there were at least 10 of them. at least he is out the listing fees for all those auctions. i wonder how many people put in bogus bids on his shit. pretty pathetic how he feels no remorse for dishing it out but would rather eat some money so the same bullshit doesnt happen to him.

why can't one of you guys that were burned by this asshole contact ebay directly about this guy's antics? not just file a non paying bidder report. take this mountain of evidence as proof. they should be able to verify everything based on his IP address. then they might actually do something because they're losing money on both ends, not collecting the ebay or paypal fees.
