He came through my neck of the woods (Fort Wayne, IN) back in August. There were no advertisements for it. I just happened to stumble across a note about it in a local newspaper. I think it was about $20 here too. It was a good show. All reggae, no bad brains punk stuff. He did play some of bad brains reggae though, Leaving Babylon & I Love Jah. You can tell HR isn't 100%, if you know what I mean, but much better than he's been in the past. There were about 30 people there. I thought it was worth it.
I saw him solo in the 90's and he wasn't 100% then. Before the show, he started screaming at some random dude in the audience as he crouched behind an amp. It was very uncomfortable and strange, but the show eventually happened and it was great.

I can't imagine telling anyone I know in real life I spent almost $2k on two Taylor Swift tickets.
Not judging, but I cannot imagine spending that much on tickets for ANYONE. I should clarify, no one currently living...

It’s shit like this that painfully reminds me that no one listened to Pearl Jam back in ‘94.
That is what I keep screaming about. NO ONE stood with them. All of the big bands sat on their hands and we are now here. Did Metallica stand up for something important? No, Lars just cried about Napster all for nothing. Metallica, U2, all the other Seattle bands, and many other big bands at that time, they all should have stood up to Ticketmaster.

The resale prices on these tickets are hilarious. No. No. And no. Ticketmaster needs to be dismantled.

Annual Decibel top 40 albums post https://www.decibelmagazine.com/2022/11/10/spoiler-here-are-decibels-top-40-albums-of-2022/
I've heard 2 of these in full Mizmor + Thou & Chat Pile; and was luke warm on both... *shrug emoji
Need to check out that Eight Bells though big fan of their last album, and Mortuous amongst others.
Nice. Awesome that Blackbraid is at 4. Really looking forward to that record.

Looking forward to the new Raye. They finally added a signed version.
-
It's Obituary. Of course I snagged that /139.
-
I got an email order confirmation. Red black seems to be sold out now.
-
Finally worked for me. Damn, that was an expensive record, especially with that $10 shipping charge. First metal record I've bought in a while.

Blackbraid preorders are finally live:

Was there a variant other than black there? Seems like the page is down.

Closest venue is a bit of a drive for my old ass. That and considering how fun and expensive it will be to even get in the door, might just help my bank account stay safe. Gonna try and register and think on it. Just judging by how impossible it seems to be able to get tickets directly from TM, this is gonna be a doodoo show of a presale.

Canceling an online order with Walmart means nothing. It never, ever, ever, ever, EVER, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever works. Fucking Waltons.
So, I haven't found anywhere I've been charged, even though they sent me the records. Will I get charged later or is this luck? Does anyone have experience with this part?
-
Really hoping for a variant of the new Noah Cyrus album. Bummed I missed out on tickets for the local show. I've really enjoyed everything I've heard.

Walmart's online cancelation process is the absolute worst. They always seem to ship them anyways, apparently. Did they refund you for the original purchase already?
It doesn't looks like I was ever charged. Don't they charge upon shipment?
-
Latest update. Even though my Walmart cancelation supposedly went through, after I spent 15 minutes with customer service, they just arrived in the mail today. I don't know if those MFers are going to end up charging me when I'm not paying attention. Anyone ever have this done by Walfart?

Next release
they will just do no refundsI will not be stupid by ordering multiple copies of the same record. At least that is what I'm telling myself.
-
Her store just sent me a refund confirmation on someone else's order... So, if you are Nattawee, you will be getting your shipping charges refunded. What the hell is going on with her customer service? Wonder if I will ever get my money back.
-
Her damn store never canceled my order for the three "limited" colors, even though I sent the request in a while ago. They wrote me and said they shipped them and I told them I want a return and refund. This whole release was done in a really shady way and it kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth. One color released and then 3 more a little later that were supposedly exclusive to her store and now everywhere for cheaper. Then the signed editions. Then the 3 am download version, after I'd bought the regular download. I refuse to buy the 3 am after already buying a DL from Amazon, so if anyone can hook me up with an MP3, please message me. Thanks!

Yep. They did supposedly ship my original order of the three unsigned even though I requested a refund. Need to check to see if I even go that money back. The amount of money I have already spent on this one record is a bit shameful. Damn TSwift.

Still up. Nothing makes sense during a Taylor drop...
-
Blood Moon and Mahogany just put back up.
EDIT: Gone again. That quick.

Finally managed to give her more money. Of course, missed the jade, but got the two others.

I'm a big fan of her music since day one. Each album she has put out is solid. Her first major label Same Trailer Different Park is more straight-up country pop with some bite. Pageant Material starts to go into the more indie country sound and it's my personal favorite of hers. Golden Hour and Star-Crossed are both still into the country feel but more going towards indie pop & other styles and thematically more about love & heartbreak songs. Both quite good.
And her two Christmas albums are solid. Both are a lot of fun to listen to.
Very cool. Thank you!

It's all the fault of stupid fans who want to go see a show. I've been told that if we just stop trying to buy tickets to shows that the prices would be much lower... Derp.
